Type 1　感谢信
　　感谢信是向帮助、关心和支持过自己的集体或个人表示感谢的书信，有感谢和表扬的双重意思。具体写作结构为：

1.开头常用语
①I’m writing to express my thanks to you for your great efforts to…
我写信向您表示感谢，感谢您为……所付出的巨大努力。
②I’m so grateful to you for… and I’m writing to tell you that I have made great progress in…
我非常感谢……，并且我写信是为了告诉你，我在……方面已经取得了巨大的进步。
③I am writing to convey my gratitude for…
我写信是为了要感谢……
2.主体部分常用语
①Furthermore，…，which I appreciate so much.
而且，……，这让我非常感激。
②Your words of encouragement has meant a great deal to me when…
当我快要放弃的时候，你的鼓励话语对我意义重大。
③It was your selfless support that enabled me to overcome the difficulties and achieve my goals.

3.结尾常用语
①Again，I would like to express my warm thanks to you！/ Thanks again for your kind help.
我再次对你表示衷心的感谢！/ 对你的热心帮助再次表示感谢。

Type 2　道歉信
　　道歉信是因为疏忽或者过失给别人带来了损失或者麻烦，为给对方赔礼道歉而写的书信。具体写作结构为：

1.开头常用语

我写这封信是为……而向你道歉。
②I would like to express my deepest apology for…
对于……，我深表歉意。
③I am more than sorry to tell you that…
非常抱歉地告诉你……
④I must apologise for any inconvenience it may cause / have caused for you.
为此事可能/已经给你带来的任何不便，我表示歉意。
2.主体部分常用语
①I had intended to…， but something happened so suddenly that.
