The story is about a wise Chinese farmer.
Once , a farmer lost his horse. His neighbours said it was bad luck. The farmer just said,“Maybe.”Later , his horse came back with another seven horses. People said it was great. But the farmer said, “Maybe.”Then his son broke his leg when he tried to ride a horse. People said it was terrible. The farmer said again,“Maybe.” . In the end , because of his broken leg,the son didn't have to join a war, and that saved his life.
The story tells us unlucky things may turn out well and good things could go wrong too.
