1教学目标
知识目标:
1. 在School Food Day的语境中,能够辨别并灵活运用本单元的核心词汇,e.g. ice cream, candy, lemon. 2. 能够辨别出不同食物的不同味道,灵活运用词汇sweet与sour. 3. 在语境中学习并理解运用句型:How is it? It’s sweet. 4. 能根据语句的描述,猜测出食物。
能力目标:
1. 能用How is it?来问答。 2. 能用What is it?来问答。 3. 能理解并把核心词汇运用到句型和语境中。 4. 能区分How is it?与What is it? 5. 能适度地利用所学过的内容与句型在School Food Day的语境中进行语篇的扩展。
情感目标:
1. 在School Food Day的语境中,接触、感受、理解美食节,并能够与他人分享美食,学会分享。
2.在熟悉美食的过程中,学会健康地饮食。
2学情分析
? 他们一二年级已经学过How is it? 以及What is it? 对食物也比较了解,课程内容能带动他们的积极性。
3重点难点
?1. 在School Food Day的语境中,能够辨别并灵活运用本单元的核心词汇,e.g. ice cream, candy, lemon. 2. 在语境中学习并把核心词汇运用到句型,并能区分How is it?与What is it? 3. 能适度地利用所学过的内容与句型在School Food Day的语境中进行语篇的扩展。

活动1【讲授】Unit
Teaching Procedures:
Pre-task Activities:
1. Listen the “Apple Tree” song 2. Review the words they learned.
e.g. T: School Food Day is coming. Let’s see what we bought yesterday?
????? Ss:Ice cream.
? Let students watch the pictures response.
3. Teacher shows the word “candy”, let students practice the spelling. 4. Create the context that School Food Day is today, but Kitty lost their tickets, and ask if the students can help them.
While-task Activities:
1.??????? Task 1: Little train is coming.
Let the students listen the song “Apple Tree” again, and T asks questions.
e.g., T: We just heard the song, How is the apple?
S1: It’s red.
S2: It’s round.
S3: It’s juicy.
2.??????? Task 2: Listen and guess.
Teacher plays the video clip of? “Look and read”. Students need to guess the answer after hearing twice.
e.g., Text: It is yellow. It is sour. What is it?
??? Ss: It’s a lemon.
3.??????? Then the whole class read the text together.
4.??????? Now they can go to the School Food Day.
5.??????? Pretend we are in the playground, play a game named Touch and Feel with the students.
Teacher takes out all the food she brings and then put them in a plastic bag. Ask one student to come to the front.
e.g., T: Close your eyes.(Takes out one kind of food) It’s yellow and long. What is it?
S1: It’s a banana.
Then the teacher asks several pairs of students to play the game.
5.????? Pair work. Let the students bring out their food and play this guessing game with their partners.
6.????? T tells everyone that it’s party time, everyone can share their food with others. T shows a lot of food and pick a cake and ask:
e.g., T: What is it?
Ss: It’s a cake.
T: How is it?
Ss: It’s sweet.
T: Here you are.
Ss: Thank you.
?? Then T asks another one, and after that, T lets the students to work in pairs to share food.
?? e.g., S3: What is it?
S4: It’s an orange.
S3: How is it?
S4: It’s sour.
S3: Here you are.
S4: Thank you.
Post-task Activities:
1. The teacher tells students they should learn to share their food with others. And then summary.
