◆了解字母Mm,Nn在单词里的发音

◆能读会写字母Mm,Nn。
◆学生通过学习这两个字母的发音,能举一反三,掌握学过的带Mm,Nn的单词。
◆学生通过情景设置能够真实地将句型运用到其中,能够很好地利用所学句型交

◆与主题相关的故事引入能够让学生既复习了重点句型,又开拓了思维;
◆在词语和相应事物间建立联想,进行简单的自主学习、探究学习和创造性思维
的初步训练,例如通过brain storming拓展学生的思维;

◆能体会到英语学习的乐趣;
◆乐于模仿,敢于开口,积极参与;

◆生日是每个孩子都期待并且为之兴奋的,以生日为主题进行拓展和学习能够提高孩子的兴趣。
2学情分析
? 三年级的学生好奇心强、爱表现、喜爱新鲜事物。这一阶段的孩子记忆力好,善于模仿,可塑性强,但逻辑性尚有欠缺,感性认识有待发展到理性思维。
? 通过两年的英语学习,学生已经有了一定的英语学习基础,听说能力得到了提升;而阅读与书写则是本阶段英语学习的新内容。

教学重点
◆熟练掌握字母Mm,Nn的读音
◆基本掌握字母Mm,Nn的写法
?教学难点
◆这两个鼻音字母属于极易混淆的类型,应该非常注重语音的教学。
◆Brain storming部分对于曾学习过的单词进行联想和再现。
4教学过程
活动1【讲授】Unit 8  Happy birtyday
1.Greetings.
“Good morning, class.
Do you like listening to stories?Let’s watch a story. Here are 3 questions for you first”
2. Warming-up
Set 3 questions for the students:
(1). Whom is the bear talking to? (2). When does the moon come out? (3). What is the birthday gift??
3. Learning letters
When you read “m”, you should close your mouth. When you read “n”, your tongue should touch the top of your palate.
4. Group work.
Think of words that have “m” or “n”.
The teacher will show some pictures as tips.
5. Look and say.
The teacher shows two pictures and some sentences with blanks.
e.g. I have a __(monkey).
Students look at the pictures and fill in the blanks with words that have “m” or “n”.
The teacher asks a question: Is the bear really talking to the moon?
Lead out the “echo”.
6. Play a game with the students. First have one student play with the teacher as an example.
7. Pair work and acting out.
8. Homework:
(1). For all students--learn a song: Muffin Man.
(2). If you like the story--Try to tell this story (Happy Birthday, Moon) to your parents.
