一、核心知识点总结
1. 基本概念
表示此刻正在发生的动作，或现阶段持续进行的动作（不一定说话时正在做）。
标志词：now, at the moment, Look!/Listen!（句首）, these days, this week 等。
结构：主语+am/is/are + 动词-ing
2. 动词-ing 变化规则
