世界海洋日:World Oceans Day
Post-listening
Dear Michael,
I’ m writing to tell you about our school’s World Oceans Day event last Sunday at the City Aquarium.
Upon arrival, we joined a guided tour featuring colorful coral reefs and fascinating sea creatures. Later, we participated in an interactive session, allowing us to touch starfish and sea cucumbers under staff supervision. Particularly impressive was the educational lecture on marine conservation, explaining practical ways to protect oceans from pollution.
Not only did this activity deepen my understanding but also inspired me to take actions. If your school has arranged similar activities, I'd appreciate it if you could share your experience. Looking forward to your stories!
Best regards,
Li Hua
