★ She went to Hainan to study malaria patients.
★ She examined over 2,000 old medical texts, evaluated 280,000 plants and tested 380 distinct ancients Chinese medical treatments.
★The work got stuck but she didn’t acknowledge defeat and she analysed the medical texts again and after failing more than 190 time, she succeeded.
★ She tested the medicine on herself and then on malaria patients.
