(3) 一般疑问句: Can +主语+动词原形+…?
肯定回答:Yes,主语+can.
否定回答:No,主语+can’t.
(4) 否定句:主语+can’t +动词原形+… .

七、Language points
I’d like to join the Music Club because I can play the piano.
join意为“参加; 加入”。join后面常接表示团体的名词, 表示加入某团体或成为某团体的一员; 也常接人称代词的宾格形式,表示和某人一起进行某活动。
play和球类,棋类搭配时,中间不用任何冠词(a, an, the)。但它和乐器类搭配时,要用冠词the。如:
play football play chess play the guitar play the piano
3. I can cook eggs, but that’s all.
that’s all经常用于口语中,其用法主要有:
1) 表示仅此这些或无关紧要,意为:没别的;没事;没什么。如:
—How are you feeling? 你感觉怎么样?
—Fine. Just a little tired. That’s all.
还好,只是有点累,没事。
2) 表示说话或做事完了(或暂时完了)。意为: “……完了;……就这些”。如:
That’s all. Thank you. 我的发言完了,谢谢。
That’s all for today. 今天就到这里吧。
That’s all, you may go now. 就这些,你可以走了。
