In Guizhou, China, there’s a museum called the Meitan Tea Museum. It’s in the shape of a teapot. From far away, the teapot looks like some kind of art. But as one gets closer, the windows and doors make it clear that it’s a real building. Inside, you can learn all about tea, from how it grows to how it’s made.
People who are interested in guitars might want to visit the guitar museum in Tennessee, USA.The building is shaped like a guitar lying on its side. Inside, visitors can see different kinds of guitars as well as learn about famous guitar players.

According to the National Health Commission (委员会) (NHC), by 2030, over 70% of adults in China and over 30% of children could be overweight if no action is taken.
Being overweight can make daily activities hard and make people feel terrible about themselves. More importantly, being overweight can lead to serious health problems like heart problems, diabetes (糖尿病), and even some kinds of cancer. The NHC has started the Weight Management Year program to encourage healthy lifestyles.
So, do you know how to manage weight First, eat meals at regular times. Have breakfast every day and finish dinner by 7 pm. Avoid snacks, drinks with lots of sugar, and late-night eating. Eat until 70% full and eat slowly. Begin with vegetables, then meat, and finally rice or noodles. This helps control how much you eat. Also, get enough sleep, about 7 hours a night, and exercise regularly. Try to exercise for 150 to 300 minutes each week, like walking or cycling. Add power training 2 to 3 times a week. Don’t sit for too long. Stand up and move every hour.
Experts remind us that weight management isn’t a short-term goal. It’s a permanent habit. During the Weight Management Year, we should learn healthy ways to control our weight. By eating well, staying active, and sleeping enough, we can live healthier lives. Remember, small changes can make a big difference!

Have you ever thought taking a trip underwater with Yangtze finless porpoises (长江江豚) or running across grasslands with foxes Well, both are now possible through a special tracking bracelet (追踪手链) from Chinalife. It brings people closer to wildlife in an exciting new way.
After seeing many touching moments in nature, Eris Ling decided to take action to protect wildlife. In 2022, she set up Chinalife and hoped it could make more people care about wild animals in China.
The tracking bracelet has been popular in China since it came out. Meng Chen, who lives in Beijing, is a user of the bracelet. His bracelet is matched with Gulu, a finless porpoise living in Poyang Lake. Every few days, Meng receives information about Gulu’s everyday life—making new friends, spending time with its family, or swimming to new areas. “Every time I get Gulu’s information, I’m feeling happy. The photos and stories always make me excited, and I can’t help sharing them with my friends,” Meng said.
But the tracking bracelet project does more than just connect people with wild animals. It’s also helpful in going green and improving poor people’s lives. The bracelets are made from recycled materials such as old posters and magazines. And they’re made by women from poor villages in Fenghuang, Hunan. Ling says the project has provided jobs for over 70 women there.

Small Actions, Big Changes
The old saying, “Actions speak louder than words.” teaches us that doing is more important than just talking.
Last term, I wanted to improve my English grades but I didn’t succeed. Instead of complaining, I made a plan: reviewing notes daily, practicing speaking for 10 minutes each morning, and asking teachers questions whenever I had problems. At first, progress was slow, but I didn’t give up. Finally, my efforts paid off—I became one of the top students in English in the end!
This experience taught me that even small actions can lead to big changes. Now I believe: start doing, and big surprises will follow.
