本试卷分第Ⅰ卷（选择题）和第Ⅱ卷（非选择题）两部分。第Ⅰ卷1至7页，第Ⅱ卷第8页。
注意事项：
1. 答题前，考生将自己的考生号、姓名填写在试题卷、答题卡上。考生要认真核对答题卡上粘贴的条形码的“考生号、姓名”与考生本人考生号、姓名是否一致。

On April 14th, Jason wrote in his blog: I did it! I just completed my first ultramarathon (超级马拉松). I’m feeling tired and suffering a pain in my feet. But I’m really proud of myself. I didn’t think I could do it. I’ve only been running long-distance for three years.
I’ve completed five normal marathons (which are 42 km) but this was much harder than they were. This race was 140 km and it took place over two days. I was very tired after yesterday’s run, but I had to run for seven hours again today!
I think the most important thing for me is to get the speed right. If I go too fast, I don’t have enough energy for the end of the race. If I go too slowly, all the other runners leave me behind, and it feels like I’ll never catch up with them.
My family can’t understand why I like it. I didn’t like team sport in high school. But long- distance running is different. It’s a challenge. I like pushing myself to do better. I’m not trying to finish first. All I want is to do a better time with each run. And of course, the other good thing is that I’ve raised quite a lot of money for charity with this ultramarathon. I would like to express a big “thank you” to all my friends and family who agreed to give money to the Red Cross. I'm going to do it again next year. Maybe I’ll be able to raise even more!
