GOING FROM UNHEALTHY TO FIT
I used to skip breakfast and eat fast food every day, worrying about my weight but never exercising. I tried crash diets, but they only made me tired and unhappy.
Last year, I read an article that changed my mind. Instead of asking "Am I thin ", I started asking "Am I strong ". I began running 20 minutes every morning and added vegetables to every meal. Now, I can run 5 km without stopping, and I no longer compare myself to models.
The biggest change is my attitude: fitness is about feeling good, not looking perfect. By focusing on health, I’ve become happier and more confident.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I propose that jump roping should become an Olympic sport. With a history of over 1,000 years, it is popular worldwide, especially among young people.
Jump roping is an excellent full-body exercise, improving heart health, coordination, and endurance. It requires little equipment, making it accessible to people of all ages and backgrounds. As a competitive sport, it showcases speed, creativity, and teamwork in events like single skipping and group routines.
Including jump roping in the Olympics would promote accessible fitness and attract a diverse audience. It also aligns with the Olympic spirit of inclusivity and excellence.
Yours faithfully,
Zhang Wei
