Eating well is important for health. For breakfast, I often have bread and milk. Sometimes I add an egg. At lunch, I usually eat rice, vegetables like carrots and cabbages, and some chicken. For dinner, I have noodles or porridge with a little meat.
My good eating habit is that I always eat slowly and chew food well. But I have a bad habit too. I often eat snacks like potato chips between meals.
To improve, I'll eat snacks less. Instead, I'll have more fruits when I'm hungry. And I'll try to have more kinds of vegetables for dinner to make my diet healthier.

Eating well is important for health. I have simple meals. Breakfast is usually a cup of milk and a piece of bread. For lunch, I eat rice, some fish or pork, and green beans. Dinner is often soup, rice, and vegetables such as tomatoes.
