学情分析
经过调查,学生对Section A谈论校规的内容基本了解,为本课时学习Family rules打下了良好的基础。由于我校的学生处于城乡结合部,部分学生基础较差,因此在教学中要注重他们的实际情况,尽量使用直观教学法,使他们感到熟悉,易于接受。使他们在真实的语境中进行交际,以活动为途径,让学生充分参与和体验,在学习过程中充分发挥学生的主体性作用。
效果分析
根据本课时的教学目标,我精心编制了五个小练习题,以此让学生掌握表达规定的重点句型,学生通过思考练习后,巩固了语言目标,达到了教学目标的要求,完成了教学任务。
教学目标达成度高,不同层次的学生均有收获;学生思维积极活跃,有认知冲突,有精彩观念,有不同的问题解决方法,等等;师生交流对话充分,教学相长,形成民主和谐、相互尊重、合作探究的教学氛围,反映出浓厚的课堂文化等。
课后反思
每个学生都是在不同的家庭环境中长大,所接受的家庭教育不同,通过交流,了解其他学生的家规,可帮助他们培养更好的习惯和更健全的人格。
图片教学法是呈现新知识最简单有效的方法之一,学生通过图片,能更直观地理解家规的内容。口语练习是英语教学中必不可缺的部分,应注重提问成绩较差的同学,能激进后进生的兴趣,培养他们的自信。
本课时应加强听力训练,在放听力之前,应对学生进行策略指导,使学生能听到关键信息,迅速早到答案。

Step 1. Lead-in
Show a sentence to the students: No rule, no country. Let the students know the meaning of “rule”.
Step 2. Revision
Show a picture of the headmaster, then introduce it like this: He is our headmaster, he will make some school rules for us. Can you guess what school rules will he make?
Discuss the school rules in groups, then let them speak out the school rules.
Show the school rules to the students, then read the rules.
Step 3. Presentation
T: If you want to be a good student, you must follow the school rules, but if you want to be a good child in your family, you have to follow the family rules. Do your parents make the family rules for you? What are they? Let’s talk about some family rules.

本单元的话题是:Talk about rules,与日常生活密切相关,而本课时是继续深化学习Section A所学的句型结构,特点是规章制度出现的场所由“学校”转到“家庭”,通过了解别人家里的规则和听力练习来巩固目标语言,使学生能够准确地讨论自己家里的一些规则。在谈论规则时,一般使用祈使句,情态动词can和have to等,这是新课标中必须掌握的内容,是交际英语中必不可少的项目,因此,本课时对于提升学生的学习兴趣和提高学生的听、说能力都有很大的提高。
本节课课型是听说课,活动1a-1d是一个听说任务链。1a活动通过图片介绍、复习家庭活动的语汇,为后继语言技能的训练做好准备。学生需清楚图片要表达的意思,然后将1b中的动词短语匹配。1b是一个听力活动,此部分听力内容比Section A部分的听力要丰富,信息更多,是两个学生谈论自己的家规。1b听力活动的目的是训练学生根据上下文推断是否允许做某事。1c是另一个听力活动,此活动训练捕捉关键词的能力,即抓住关键信息when的能力。1d是基于听力输入的半控制性的结对合作活动,让学生谈论Dave家里有哪些规矩,旨在训练学生利用所学词汇及句型进行口语表达。
本课时的教学重点是强化学生的听说能力;语言结构的重点是情态动词的理解和使用;教学难点是几个情态动词在具体语境的得体使用。本课时还应渗透做一个好学生的教育,如理解家长、学校,做一个心智健全的人。

2011年的英语课程体系以培养学生的综合语言运用能力为目标,根据语言学习的规律和义务教育阶段学生的发展需求,从语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识等五个方面设计课程总目标和分级目标。本次所教的内容为人教版七年级下册Unit 4, Section B (1a-1c), 是Unit 4的第三课时,是对目标语言技能的学习与训练。它是在Section A 基础知识的输入前提下,对目标语言的听、说技能方面进行大量有效的训练,并完成规定的任务,也就是知识的输出过程。并且通过围绕目标语言设计的活动,充分体现了本课对学生语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略等方面的培养。
