本班学生的问题主要表现在以下几个方面：
1、两极分化严重。有些学生学习积极性较差，缺乏自信心和学习动力，课堂参与不积极，缺少主动发言的热情。
2、学生的训练量不够，没有足够的时间来解决英语学习的问题。
因此，我在教学中力求做到以下几点：
1、想方设法提高学生学习英语的兴趣，精心备课设计学生感兴趣的课堂活动来调动学生学习的积极性。
2、分层次教学。针对不同层次的学生，设计不同的练习。培养良好的学习英语的习惯。每天训练学生的口语交际写作技能。
3、在课堂教学中，应该侧重学生的练。提高课堂效率。
效果分析
在知识目标和技能目标的完成上，我主要采取了以下方式：
1、以学生熟悉常去的地方公园相关图片导入本节课的教学，激发学生了的学习热情，从下面的活动和学生参与度来看，效果良好。
2、班内大部分学生都能顺利完成3a阅读任务，效果不错。
3、引导学生主动总结形容词和副词的最高级形式，培养他们主动学习的能力，效果较好。
4、结合教学内容，我在完成阅读后设计了一个贴近生活的Group work任务：让学生谈论在你的城市你最喜欢的地方并说明原因。把学生吸引到语言学习的交流活动中来，引起他们的注意力和学习爱好，因此学生交流参与比较积极和成功。
通过以上方式，我认为比较好地完成了本节课教学：学生熟练掌握用形容词和副词的最高级描述你最喜欢的地方进行写作教学。在完成知识目标的同时还有目的地渗透德育，热爱自己家乡和祖国。总之，课堂教学是一个动态过程，根据学习知识的实际需要，随时做出富有创意性的设计，将学生的体验有机地融入到课堂教学中去，让学生在互动交流中获得独特的体验，在亲身体验中生成新知识，新经验，在体验中感悟语言。因此本节课学生学习效果较好。
课后反思
在课堂教学中，激发学生的学习兴趣，教师一定要将课本知识与实际运用紧密地联系起来，创设具体的情境，让学生来进行表演展示，这样既满足学生表现欲望，又能够客观地展示学生对于英语知识的掌握程度。新课标以学生“能做某事”的描述方式设定各级目标要求。本节课本人依据课程的总体目标并结合教学内容设计了贴近学生实际的教学活动，学生通过思考、讨论、交流和合作等方式解决问题，积极完成学习任务。课后学生反映较好，基本达到了本节课的预期目标。在教学活动时，我主要注意到了以下几点：（1）活动的趣味性、目的性和可操作性；导入环节利用几幅Greenwood Park图片，教师说出与图片相关的形容词和副词的最高级的短语，从学生生活实际出发，增强了亲切感和兴趣。内容生动，学生易理解掌握；（2）通过3a锻炼学生阅读中捕捉信息的能力，通过Group work锻炼学生合作能力同时搞活了课堂气氛，更重要的是提高学生的写作技能；通过写作呈现学生的写作内容，进行激励表扬，发现问题及时纠正，达到共同进步的目的。（3）分组活动时尽量创造机会，促使学生主动获取、处理和使用信息，尝试用英语写作交流，进一步提高英语写作技能。
教学设计
本节课是本单元的写作训练板块，要求学生能根据元内容，尝试笔头的语言输出，3a 的语篇填词训练不仅再次让学生在语境中训练比较级和最高级，还为3c的写作提供了一个很好的写作示范。也为学生介绍地方、描写事物打开了思路。学生从3a读文章填词，到3b思考要点写句子，再到3c完整语篇的输出，整个过程由易到难，循序渐进，符合学生认知规律。 最后的口语活动4，要求学生谈论中国最佳的城市话题，要求学生拓宽思路，并且能在语境中运用语法要点，是对单元话题的提升。

1. 学生总体素质较好，回答问题时准确性较高，语音语调也较规范。这和教师比较注重学生回答问题的完整性和准确性有直接关系。
2. 由于本身课型的原因，学生在回答问题时要进行思考，所以回答的速度相对慢了一点，这也是情有可原的，但可以看出学生有自己的思维含量。

1. 本课围绕你最喜欢的地方这个话题来展开教学，操练活动扎实有效，但练习力度不够，还需下节课的巩固。

韩老师这堂课学生激情四溢，主动学习，乐于学习，所以应该是一堂成功的课。
1．韩老师设定的教学目标比较符合课程标准，也比较符合学生实际的程度，教学目标明确、具体、可操作性强，教师对于教学内容的选择和处理都比较科学，学习活动所需要的相关材料也比较充足。新旧知识融会贯通，并为后面的语言输出做了很好的铺垫，为学生提供了丰富的语言素材。
2.教师注重教学直观性，师生关系融洽。教师是指导者，教师充分以学生为主体，以学生发展为宗旨来进行课堂教学。

1.韩老师结合新课标为整个课堂设置了一个完整的情境，如果教师能把握好时间，让最后一个环节也精彩地呈现，课堂会更加完整。
