投诉信是人们在遇到一些不文明现象、所购商品质量差、或对服务不满意等情况下解决问题的一个方法。投诉信一般包括三方面内容。
1.表明写作目的,投诉的内容。
2.投诉的具体原因
3.解决方案、希望得到的结果
解决方案

第二段:说明投诉的原因+提出解决方案
1.投诉原因

2.解决方案

For example:
I am sorry/upset to have received such poor service, and I believe I have every right to ask you to deal with this problem. I hope that you either give me a full refund(全额退款) or deliver(寄送,投递) a new one to me as soon as possible.

第三段:结尾希望给予考虑,尽快回复(表达期望)
I would appreciate it if you could take my complaint seriouly(认真对待我的投诉)/take my complaint into considerartion/account(考虑我的投诉)/give/pay due attention to this matter(给予此事应有的重视).
I do hope you will take my complaint seriously and spare no effort to settle the problem.
