学 情 分 析
半路接手的班级,学生的学习态度、学习特点和方式不大了解,在随后的教学中才慢慢的显现出来。
学生上课回答问题不积极,参与教学活动的积极性不高。
自己上课方式与学生以前的老师的教学方式不一样,学生不能适应;
大部分学生对书本知识不够重视,找不到英语学科复习的有效载体,不能有效的利用课本,适时地回归课本。
本单元语法为形容词、副词的比较级,而学生对于词性没有明确的概念,造成与teach加er等变名词的情况混淆。
教学效果分析
通过这节课的学习,学生对形容词及副词的比较级有了一个全面的理解。PPT图片清晰明了的展示让学生下意识的去说比较级形式。比较级的变化规则学生已经背诵,复习难度不大。不规则变化数量不多。Grammar focus中的语言结构是本节课本单元的重点和难点,than和as...as..、be+形容词和do+副词间的区别在本节课中都有体现,练习也主要围绕之呈现。本着little but often的语法呈现及讲解原则,着重让学生把握than和as...as...的句型结构。除去学生紧张造成的课堂气氛压抑外,本人感觉还是较好的完成了本节课的教学任务。
课 后 反 思
本次一师一优课的录制,感到既是一次教育教学及现代化信息技术应用的学习,又是一次课堂教学的促进。首先,教师要有高效课堂意识。如何在课堂上让学生高效的学习,学习更多,是今后课堂教学不断探索的方向;其次,打造高效课堂还体现在如何设计教学,课堂设计要有助于学生在课堂上积极参与要重视学习方法的指导。英语课堂上教师应及时有效获取学情反馈,有效地进行课前回顾,课堂小结等环节的落实。及时了解学生的学习,以便在课堂教学过程中做出针对性的调整。
本节课的教学环节相对完整,由于学生第一次到陌生的环境去录制,以至于太紧张,课堂气氛有些压抑,师生间的互动显的很生硬;教学环节间缺少必要的衔接,语言结构的训练没有突出其重点。以上都是下一步教学改进的方向。

教学过程很完整,较好的完成了本节课的教学任务,强调了重难点。时间的分配上如果能在语言结构梳理和练习巩固这两块再多一些效果会更好。环节间的衔接可以再圆润一些。
从学生这个角度看,也许是因为第一次在陌生学校的陌生的录播室里上课的原因,也许是因为课前录播室管理老师一再强调安静和不要有大动作的原因,学生的表现可以说差强人意,紧张气氛一直存在。师生互动范围还可以。
从这节课中,我们收获了许多,通过研讨我们学到了不少好的方法。
