Step 1 Warming up.
Enjoy the song of colors together .
T: Let’s enjoy the song of colors. I’ll see who can know the most words about colors .
Step2.Presentation
(1)Lead in the new lesson . Present the sounds of new words , ask the students to read and spell them .
T:Look at the pictures and the sounds of the word, and read the words of the colors.(Practice the new words with some colored pictures)
(2)Pair work .Students ask and answer questions about colors .Finish 2a .
(3)Play a game . (Let students listen to the words about colors and find the colors .)
(4)Practice the sentences “What color is it ?”,“ It’s...”, “What color are they?”,“They’re …”with pictures . Ask and answer between the teacher and the students with pictures ,then have a competition
(5) Listen, check and color the pictures . Finish 3 .
(6)Show some pictures and lead the students to talk about like this:
