学情分析
学生虽然已经学习了一年的英语,有了一定的语言积累,但是我们学校的学生基础普遍比较差,有一部分同学对英语学习逐渐失去兴趣,对英语学习有一定的畏难情绪,学习英语的热情正在慢慢减少或消失.班里虽然有一部分同学成绩较好,但是这部分同学太少,不能带动整个班级的学习热情.
效果分析
这节课学生基本能掌握重点难点,听和说的能力都得到了一定的锻炼。学生基本能记住八个形容词的最高级形式,并能在口语对话中流利使用。基本能在听完听力后及时掌握听力内容及对听力内容进行口语操作。但是,整节课学生回答问题的积极性不高,课堂上学生操练的较少,老师讲得过多,练习量太少,学生练得不够充分。
课后反思
本节课是Section B第一课时,属于一堂听说课,注重训练学生的听说能力.主要是在学生已经掌握形容词最高级的基础上,进一步落实对这些词的活学活用.本节课重点掌握八个形容词(good ,bad ,boring, fun , creative, quiet ,loud, serious)的最高级形式,并且学会使用这些词的最高级对生活中熟悉的人物进行描述.进而能够从听力材料中获取表演者的信息,对表演者进行恰当的描述.
本节课学生基本掌握了重点词汇并能使用这些词汇进行描述,但是教学过程存在许多不足之处.
学生训练的强度不够,学生是活动的主体体现不够.
课堂气氛不活跃,学生不能积极回答问题.
老师在课堂上过于严肃,没能调动学生积极性.
时间分配上有失误,最后还有剩余.

Step One: Warming up
Which mountain is the most famous in Zoucheng?
Which lake is the most famous in Zoucheng?
Which is the biggest square in the world?
Which is the longest wall in the world?
Which is the longest river in China?
Which is the heaviest animal on the land?
Which is the tallest animal in the world?
Step two: New words
Show two pictures to the students and teach the new words: creative, performer
Ma Yun is the most creative person in China.
Jackie Chan is the best performer I know.
Step Three: preparation
Show the students some pictures and use these words:
the best, the worst, the funniest, the loudest, the most serious
Step Four:1a
Write these words and phrases next to their opposites(反义词) in the chart.
Step Five:1b ( pair work)
Tell your partner about the people you know. Use the words in 1a.
Step Six: Listening
2a: Listen to people talking about a school talent show. Match the pictures with the performers.
2b: Listen again. What do the people say about the performers? Fill in the chart with the adjectives you hear.
Step Seven: Pair work
Look at the information in 1d and make a conversation. For example:
A: Who was the best performer?
B:Eliza was the best performer.
Step Eight: Group work
Make a survey: Who is the best singer/ the fastest runner/the best basketball player/the best English speaker in our class?

教学目标:继续学习使用形容词的最高级,能用形容词的最高级来描述自己熟悉的人。并且能从听力材料中找出描述人的形容词。
教学重点:本课时的教学重点是八个形容词的最高级(good ,bad ,boring, fun , creative, quiet ,loud, serious),并且使用这些词来描述人物。如:My cousin is the funniest person I know.从1c,1d听力材料中找出形容词并且谈论其中人物。正确使用句型:

教学难点:听力部分1b是本课的难点,从中听出描述人物的形容词。
