一、情绪描写
直接描写：(A wave/surge/sense of + ) 情感名词 + seized/overwhelmed/took hold of//flooded over/swept over/flowed over + sb.
间接描写：肢体+面部+心
tears streaming down my cheeks
feeling like sitting on pins and needles
with my heart beating
felt her hands sweating
struggled to fight back tears
be lost in thought
My face turned pale/ was burning up

二、动作描写
主语+谓语A,B and C.
