My Colorful Spare Time
Students in our school have different kinds of after-school activities during the spare time. Among
them, I like reading and playing basketball.
On weekdays, I often borrow books from the school library. I like the books about nature, so I usually read them for half an hour in the evening. From the books, I can get a lot of knowledge. Besides, I often play basketball with my friends on the playground after school. I even join the school basketball team. It's a good way to relax myself and make friends.
These activities bring me a lot of pleasure and help me grow as a person.My spare time is colorful and meaningful.

Making Better Use of Time
As a junior high school student, I have got more free time in recent years. I am always free on weekends.
When I am free, I have many activities.I like playing football very much. If I have time on weekends, I will go to the park with my friends to play football. I have piano lessons twice a week. I also have plenty of
time to exercise in the evening. Sometimes, my parents and I look at the stars outside.
I think my free time is better used because I do what I want to do and I balance study and entertainment.

Now more and more middle school students have mobile phones.
