八年级学情分析
本班学生的问题主要表现在以下几个方面：
1、有些学生学习积极性稍差，缺乏自信心和学习动力，在课堂上不积极参与，缺少主动发言的热情。
2、部分学生缺乏良好的学习习惯，听说能力基本较差。缺少综合解决问题的能力。
3、学生的训练量不够，没有足够的时间来解决英语学习的问题。
因此，我想应在教学中做到以下几点：
1、想方设法提高学生学习英语的兴趣，通过课后辅导来提高学生学习英语的兴趣，决不放弃每一个学生。
2、分层次教学。针对不同层次的学生，设计不同的习题，。培养良好的学习英语的习惯。每天布置学生做一篇阅读理解或完形填空。
3、在课堂教学中，不应该过于注重讲授，应该侧重学生的练。提高课堂效率。
效果分析
听说课是老师们经常使用的一种课型，目的是培养学生从听到说再到读写的综合能力。本课听说训练为主，在学生学会了一系列知识点后，能够运用所学的知识为下一步写作打下基础。
本课时教学达到预期目标，师生在愉快的氛围完成了教与学的任务，学生积极参与课堂活动。还有课堂上对于学生的评价性语言还需要再多样化一些；另外学生在表演这一环节感觉放不开，没有达到自己的预期效果。在今后的教学中应该进一步完善。
课后反思
本课时从话题目标语言的理解到初步应用，再到巩固运用，最后综合运用，形成能力。从简单到复杂，从基础到提高，循序渐进。每一个环节的内容既独立，又互相联系，上节课为下节课打基础，形成一个教学整体。听说训练方式多样，教学设备要求简单，教学步骤易操作。利用多媒体素材完成整个教学。其中图片的展示能给学生更立体的感受，达到了较好的效果。
本课时教学达到了预期目标，师生在愉快的氛围完成了教与学的任务，学生积极参与课堂学习。不足之处就是学生活动不够深入。在role play环节学生们没有活动到位。
今后我还要鼓励学生多说英语，让学生达到“活学活用”， “学以致用”，更好的突出语言的交际性。

本课时是八年级英语上册的第三单元第一课时它是以I’m more outgoing than my sister为话题，对于学习比较级起到了画龙点睛的作用。本课是一节听说课，话题也非常贴近学生生活，这就为本节课的顺利开展提供了契机。通过学生听说结合，完成获取信息、整合处理信息的过程，同时让学生感受学习英语的过程的美妙及体验，以文本为依托，实现自身语言的生成。
总之，新教材给我们提出了新的要求，我们必须不断地更新教学理念，改进教学方法，才能探索出最新的、最优化的教学模式。在本教材的教学中，一定要始终坚持课程改革的理念。

焦老师：课堂效果很好。不足之处是学生表演时缺少神态语言。

个人认为：
1. 关于词汇——强调词汇的作用，而不是词汇本身的含义
2. 关于语法的淡化（比如“比较”）——强调语法功能，而不是语法形式本身
3. 教材话题、内容的取舍，可根据实际情况操作
