【教材分析】
Module 5的主要内容为运用一般现在时,一般过去时和现在完成时来描述几个人们喜爱的卡通动画和卡通形象。分析他们为人们喜爱的原因,并介绍艺术家创造这些卡通人物背后的故事。引导学生从语篇中读出暗含的人生哲理。从全书来看,本模块承接上一模块对现在完成时的学习和运用,内容有层次的展开,学生容易接受。
【教学目标】
1. 熟记重点词汇和短语: orange-and-white, ugly, schoolbag, lead, clever, as, mess, heaven, expect, artist, invent, copy, black-and-white, own, private, create, satisfy
2. 掌握阅读技巧,包括快速阅读,读后能概括短文大意;精读后能够识别一些具体信息。
能够利用一般现在时,一般过去时和现在完成时完成写作自己喜欢的卡通故事。
3.通过卡通故事了解不同国家的文化。
