学情分析

本班学生的问题主要表现在以下几个方面:
1、两极分化严重。有些学生学习积极性很差,缺乏自信心和学习动力,在课堂上不积极参与,缺少主动发言的热情。
2、部分学生缺乏良好的学习习惯,缺少综合解决问题的能力。
3、学生的训练量不够,没有足够的时间来解决英语学习的问题。
因此,我想应在教学中做到以下几点:
1、想方设法提高学生学习英语的兴趣,精心备课设计学生感兴趣的课堂活动来调动学生学习的积极性。决不放弃每一个学生。
2、分层次教学。针对不同层次的学生,设计不同的练习。培养良好的学习英语的习惯。每天训练学生的听力和口语交际。
3、在课堂教学中,应该侧重学生的练。提高课堂效率。

效果分析

在知识目标和技能目标的完成上,我主要采取了以下方式:
1、以学生熟悉的介绍家乡视频开始本节课的教学,激发学生了的学习热情,从下面的活动和学生参与度来看,效果良好。
2、在进行听力1b,1c,1d训练前,引导学生运用所学词汇和功能句进行对话练习,让学生熟知听力材料中的词汇和句式,并且加强听力技巧的指导,为接下来的听力训练做了良好准备。班内大部分学生都能顺利完成各项听力任务,效果不错。
3、引导学生主动总结知识点,变主动为被动,培养了他们主动学习语言的能力。效果较好,值得以后借鉴。
4、根据课标理念,结合教学内容,我在完成听力后设计了一个贴近生活的Groupwork任务:让学生扮演游客和当地工作人员。这种亲身体验的方式把学生吸引到语言学习的交流活动中来,引起他们的注意力和学习爱好,因此学生交流参与比较积极和成功。
通过以上方式,我认为比较好地完成了本节课教学:学生熟练掌握描述地点的形容词等词汇并运用宾语从句进行问路和咨询信息。在完成知识目标的同时还有目的地渗透德育,引导学生和他人对话时要有礼貌,并且热爱自己家乡和祖国。
总之,课堂教学是一个动态过程,根据学习知识的实际需要,随时做出富有创意的设计,将学生的体验有机地融入课堂中,让学生在互动交流中获得独特的体验,在亲身体验中生成新知识,新经验,在体验中感悟语言。因此本节课学生学习效果较好。

英语教学提倡体验、实践、参与、交流与合作的学习方式,要使学生尽可能多的从不同的渠道,以不同的方式接触和学习语言,亲身感受和直接体验语言,在互动中交流语言,在体验中生成知识,使语言的学习转变成一种创造和运用语言的体验过程,因此在教学中应遵循体验式教学模式,使得教师的输入和学生的输出科学的结合起来。
在本节课的教学中,我今量多设计贴近学生生活的语言情境,通过图片、实物等营造出医院的情景,让学生在接近真实中开展角色扮演活动,激发了他们的参与热情,整节课都洋溢着较高的学习热情。
但也有几点需要反思和改进的地方:
(1)在学生已掌握单词的基础上进行一些句子的训练,和一些更深层次的拓展。可以多把提问的权利交给学生,培养学生的提问意识。这样,学生的语言会更加的丰富,这样更能兼顾不同层次的学生。
(2)1e的role-play环节训练比较唐突,应该多给学生一些时间进行操练。
总之,今后我还要鼓励学生多说英语,让学生达到“活学活用”, “学以致用”,更好的突出语言的交际性。
(3)Groupwork 之后是否应该增加一些词汇和语法方面的练习题加以巩固,这样效果会更好,学生掌握得会更扎实!

Step One : Leading-in
T: Boys and girls, May Day is coming, and you’ll have a three-day holiday.

Ss: I’d like to go to…( ask several students to answer)
T: For me , I’d like to go to Temple Meng. Because it is beautiful and fascinating. It’s also quiet and uncrowded. You can take many buses to get there, so it is convenient. The most important reason is inexpensive.
Then learn the new words: fascinating , uncrowded , convenient , inexpensive.

本节课的话题出自Unit3 Could you please tell me where the restrooms are? SectionB(1a-1e)第三课时,是一节听说课。主要让学生认知描述地点的一些形容词单词以及运用宾语从句进行问路和咨询信息的表达方法,学会有礼貌地问路、咨询信息并且能准确地给别人提供信息。在具体教学中,我借助形象的视频及图片导入并展示新单词。在语言学习在遵循先输入再输出的原则,符合语言学习的规律,引导学生循序渐进的掌握本节课重点的知识。在语言输出上通过让学生进行pairwork, role-play和groupwork等活动使得完成学习任务的过程变成了具体的社会交往活动,从而让学习贴近生活,让学生成为主角,引导学生把学英语。在课堂教学中我采取创设真实的语言环境,使内容更贴近生活,极易激发学生的学习兴趣和交谈的欲望,让学生有更多的发挥空间,有利于加深学生的理解和掌握。

一、学生学习的课堂效果

1. 学生总体素质较好,回答问题时准确性较高,语音语调也较规范。这和教师比较注重学生回答问题的完整性和准确性有直接关系。
2. 由于本身课型的原因,学生在回答问题时要进行思考,所以回答的速度相对慢了一点,这也是情有可原的,但可以看出学生有自己的思维含量。
张峰:
1. 本课围绕句型问路的话题来展开教学,操练活动扎实有效,但练习力度不够,还需下节课的巩固。
2. 学生发言积极性高,声音响亮,准确性较高,但语音不够优美,尤其是拖音现象比较严重。
3. 整节课学生都跟着教师的指令进行操练,最后学生根据本课所学内容小组编的对话练习,使整节课显得更加丰满,学生操练得到位。

许老师这堂课学生激情四溢,主动学习,乐于学生,所以应该是一堂成功的课。
下面我就从几点来探讨一下许老师的课:
1.许老师设定的教学目标比较符合课程标准,也比较符合学生实际的程度,与学生的心理特征和认知水平相适应,教学目标明确、具体、可操作性强,也比较好检测。教师对于教学内容的选择和处理都比较科学,学习活动所需要的相关材料也比较充足。新旧知识融会贯通,并为后面的语言输出做了很好的铺垫,为学生提供了丰富的语言素材。
2. 教师注重教学直观性,讲演结合,教学方法配合体现重点,师生关系融洽。教师是指导者,教师充分以学生为主体,以学生发展为宗旨来进行课堂教学。
3. 教师在课堂中很民主,给每位学生都提供了平等参与的机会,几乎人人开口,而且次数多达十几次,很好的锻炼了学生的口语,让学生乐说,爱说,爱学,让每个学生都有了不同程度的收获。
於德东 :
1. 许教师结合新课标为整个课堂设置了一个完整的情境,如果教师能把握好时间,让最后一个环节也精彩地呈现,课堂会更加完整。
2.许老师教学扎实,注重培养学生良好的学习习惯。在课堂上注重渗透语音教学,以及语音语感的培养。
3.许老师在课堂中及时采用了积极、多样的评价方式,教师的语言准确,有激励性和启发性。极大地激发了学生的学习兴趣。
几点建议:
(1)教师是否可以在学生已掌握单词的基础上进行一些句子的训练,和一些更深层次的拓展。这样,学生的语言会更加的丰富,对于优生的培养也会更加的有利。
(2)可以多把提问的权利交给学生,培养学生的提问意识。
总的来说,许老师整堂课情绪饱满,热情洋溢,学生体验到了学习和成功的愉悦,并有进一步学习的愿望。所以,整堂课是成功的。
三、学生参与的面?

1.学生发言的内容上主要体现了学生对单词,短语和句子朗读的检测,加上一部分的发散思维。
2.学生参与的形式主要以集体,小组,个体为主。
3.发言的面较广,班级有四分之一左右(10个)同学没有单独或在小组里发言。几个优秀的学生的和第一二组的发言机会偏多。
建议:可以让更多的学生发言的机会,根据问题的难易选择不同层次的学生进行回答。避免一部分学生长期被忽视。应及时纠正孩子发言时的语音不到位情况。
胡丽:
1. 学生参与热情高,参与面广,有两个角落里的学生没单独或在小组里发言,其它学生每人各有一到三次的发言机会。体现了面向全体, 活动形式多样, 学生参与机会均等。
2. 以集体、小组、开火车问答、个体抢答等形式进行课堂教学,学生参与度较高。

本节课的教学内容和教学目标以及教学重难点的设定都是以英语新课程标准为准则,从学生的认知水平出发,以交际法语言教学和任务型语言教学为理论依据,努力创设贴近生活的语言情境,以任务为本,以学生为中心,让学生在完成任务的过程中达到交际目的,通过对目标语言的操练习得新知。创设真实的语言环境,利用教学图片和制作多媒体课件来展开课堂Pairwork问答式的口语交际活动,以咨询信息的对话表演活动来进行本节课教学。这种体验和感悟是新课程标准的基本要求。因此在本节课的设计中,我借助形象的视频及图片展示新单词。在语言学习在遵循先输入再输出的原则,符合语言学习的规律,引导学生循序渐进的掌握本节课重点的知识。在语言输出上通过让学生进行角色扮演,结合实际运用使得完成学习任务的过程变成了具体的社会交往活动,从而让学习贴近生活,让学生成为主角,引导学生把英语学习当做简单、快乐的事情。
个人认为:
1. 关于词汇——强调词汇的作用,学生能将所学词汇灵活运用到实际交际中,而不是单纯记住词汇本身的含义。
2. 关于语法的淡化——强调语法功能,而不是语法形式本身
3. 教材话题、内容的取舍,可根据实际情况操作
