书面表达
Dear
Sir
or
Madam,
I
am
writing
to
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )strongly
recommend
Wang
Ming
as
“the
most
beautiful
student”
of
our
school.
Here
are
some
reasons.
In
my
opinion,
“the
most
beautiful
student”
should
set
a
good
example
to
all
the
students
with
virtues
like
selflessness,
bravery,
honesty
and
so
on.
My
classmate
Wang
Ming
is
such
a
person.
Last
Sunday,
Wang
Ming,
together
with
other
students,
went
to
the
park
for
a
picnic.
All
of
a
sudden,
there
came
a
loud
cry,
“Help!
Help!”
It
was
a
little
girl
who
fell
into
the
pond
in
the
park.
Realizing
what
had
happened,
Wang
Ming
jumped
into
the
pond
without
hesitation.
Finally,
the
girl
was
saved.
I
would
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )appreciate
it
if
you
consider
my
recommendation.
I
am
looking
forward
to
your
reply.
Yours
faithfully,

Good
evening,
everyone
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com ).
In
today’s
Around
the
World,
I’ll
tell
you
about
a
beautiful
lake.
It’s
called
Wallowa
Lake.
The
lake
sits
in
the
northeastern
corner
of
Oregon.
It
is
three
and
a
half
miles
long.
It
is
surrounded
by
mountains.
It
is
one
of
the
clearest
lakes
in
the
world
because
it
is
mostly
fed
by
snow
melts.
The
lake
warms
up
nicely
in
summer.
The
clear
water
makes
it
great
for
swimming,
and
especially
diving.
Fishing
is
great
at
Wallowa
Lake.
Many
people
go
to
the
lake
to
fish.
Boats
for
fishing
can
be
rented
at
the
lake.
On
the
southern
shore
of
the
lake
you’ll
find
Wallowa
Lake
State
Park.
There
you
can
go
camping,
hike,
go
boating,
enjoy
horseback
riding
and
do
other
activities.
There
are
several
great
hiking
marks
in
the
area.
To
cover
even
more
ground,
try
a
horseback
ride
with
Eagle
Cap
Wilderness
Pack
Station.
They
have
horseback
rides
lasting
1
hour,
2
hours,
a
half
day
and
a
full
day.
You
can
also
go
up
3,700
feet
to
the
top
of
Mt.
Howard!
You
can
enjoy
a
great
view
there.
The
top
of
Mt.
Howard
is
also
a
favorite
spot
for
picnics.
That’s
all.
Thank
you
for
your
listening.
