一、教材分析
picture story板块呈现的是经典儿童故事《渔夫和金鱼》, 讲的是渔夫的妻 子贪得无厌 , 最终导致一无所获的故事 。学生们对这个故事耳熟能详 , 因此易 于理解课文内容 。在板块一 , 学生已经学习了用"Can I … ”表示请求的句型 , 编 者利用这个故事向学生拓展了表示请求的其他句型" Can you/she … ”, 同时学 习单词 live、house、again。 Look, read and say板块通过几个学生坐在一起商讨开派对的情景 , 进一步 巩固功能句型"Can I … ”。板块提供了较为丰富的图片情景供学生练习使用 , 符合学生的认知特点 , 利于学生在小组内练习 。学生在制订节目单的过程中综 合运用核心语言 , 有利于培养学生在实际生活中的综合语言运用能力。 Fill in the blanks板块作为练习板块 , 主要考查学生对主要句型"Can I … ” 的掌握情况以及相关单词的听、说、读、写 , 要求学生能读懂对话 , 能根据句意选 择合适的单词填空 。同时 , 考虑到学生的认知特点 , 板块给出图片帮助学生理 解句意。
二、教学目标
1. 知识目标。 (1)能听、说、认读、会写单词 live、house、again。 (2)能在图片的帮助下读懂故事。 2. 能力目标。 (1)能准确模仿本课录音中的内容。 (2)能在图片的帮助下或在真实情境中运用句型 " Can I/you/she/he … yes, you/I/she/he can. /No, you/I/she/he can ’t. ”表示请求和许可。 3. 情感态度、文化意识、学习策略。 (1)能明白做事情前要征得别人的许可 , 做一个有礼貌和有教养的孩子。 (2)能明白做人不可贪得无厌的道理。
三、教学重难点
1. 教学重点。 理解课文内容并流利地朗读。 2. 教学难点。 听、说、读、写单词 live、house、again。
四、教学准备
1. 教师准备。 课本、转盘、骰子、单词卡、配套音响、教学挂图、多媒体课件等。 2. 学生准备。 课本。
五、教学流程设计
1. 热身活动。 (1)师生用英语互致问候。 (2)教师利用多媒体课件出示一些动词短语 , 如 play football in the classroom、read a book on the bed、watch TV、close the window、turn on the light等 , 让学生快看快说。 (3)教师引导学生两人一组就前面出示的词组进行问答 。例如: student 1: Can I … student 2: Yes , you can. /No, you can ’t. 2. 新知呈现与操练。 (1)教师就最后两个学生的问答提问: " Can he/she … ”, 引导学生回答: "Yes , he/she can. /No, he/she can ’t. ”。 (2)教师出示本课故事教学挂图或利用多媒体课件出示图片: " Look at the old man. What does he do Yes , he is a fisherman. Where does he live ”, 出示 单词卡 live并教读 , 学生以开火车的形式读 。教师指导学生看图找出答案: " He and his wife live in a small house by the sea. ”。教师出示单词卡house并教读 , 学生集体读或个人读。 (3)教师播放故事的第1 、第2段录音或课件 , 学生听录音并回答问题: " One day , what does the fisherman catch Does the fisherman let the fish go why ”。 (4)教师播放整个故事的视频或录音 , 学生听并回答问题: " Can the fisherman ’s wife get a new house/have a palace/be a queen/be the queen of the sea What does the fisherman ’s wife get in the end How do you know ”。教 师引导学生找出文本最后一句话: "Then the fisherman and his wife are back in their small house again. ”。教师出示单词卡 again并教读 , 学生集体读 , 然后个 人读。 (5)学生自己阅读故事 , 完成文后三个问题 , 教师核对答案。 (6)小组讨论并回答: " Why does the fisherman ’s wife get nothing in the end ”, 教师引导学生明白做人不可贪得无厌的道理。 (7)教师再次播放录音或多媒体课件 , 学生听并模仿 , 然后三人为一小组 朗读。 (8)学生进行朗读展示。 3. 巩固拓展。 (1)读一读 , 排排序。 教师将故事文本打乱顺序 , 让学生读一读 , 按照故事发生的顺序给文本 排序。 (2)选词填空。 house anything queen again palace lives new house

Can Alice play the piano Can Tony tell a story Can the girl dance ”, 并让学生读一读 , 说一说。 (5)教师播放录音或课件 , 学生听并跟读。 (6)教师出示节目单 , 指导学生完成节目单的填写。 (7)教师出示 Fill in the blanks 板块的挂图或课件: " Look! Who do you see Where are They What do They want to do Can you guess ”, 让学生看图 猜一猜。 (8)教师指导学生朗读表格内单词 , 然后读对话选词填空: " Let ’s read the words in the box. Then read the dialogue and choose the words and fill in the blanks. ”。 (9)学生核对答案。 (10)学生两人一组朗读对话 , 然后小组展示。 4. 总结。 教师引导学生梳理本节课的重点词汇和语句 , 让学生总结出本节课的收 获 , 形成对学习成果的自我评价。
六、作业布置
1. 听录音 , 跟读故事。 2. 尝试将本故事复述给父母听。
