写作技法指导
一、写作范式
建议信要求我们就有关问题进行分析并针对这些问题提出自己的看法和建议。其基本框架为：
二、详略得当
详略得当是指在写作时，对某些部分写得简略，而对另一些部分写得详细。建议信开头部分和结尾部分不是建议信的重点，因此可以略写。建议信的中间部分，也就是给对方提出具体可行的合理化建议，是写作的重点，需要详写。
三、注意事项
1．开门见山，直入主题。在建议信正文的开头找准话题的切入点，如表达对对方困境的理解或安慰对方， 自然而然地引出自己想要谈的主题。提出建议时要充分了解情况，有的放矢，以使建议更有针对性。
2．给出希望对方采取或者终止某种行为的理由。在陈述理由的过程中要换位思考，尽量为对方考虑。要用事实说话，以增强说服力。
3．语气要和缓。要让对方容易接纳你的想法或者建议， 以理服人是关键，不能把自己的想法强加于人。
4．给出合理建议。提出建议时，要从实际出发，要合情合理，通过提建议让对方明确行动的方向， 从而达到写信的最终目的。
四、注重培养创造性思维能力——让建议更中肯
建议信不仅可以写给个人，就其遇到的某个问题提出自己的建议，也可以写给某个组织或者机构，就改进服务等提出建议或忠告。无论是哪种情况，都考查了创造性思维能力。在日常生活和学习中，学生应独立思考并保持应有的好奇心，激发想象力，提高发现和解决问题的能力。
