Unit 2 Knives and forks are used for most Western food.
1.整体设计思路、指导依据说明
本单元是一节读写课,主要有两个话题,一个是了解并尊重西方饮食文化,二个是对比中西方饮食文化,以祖国文化为傲。所以,我就围绕这两个话题,设计读写任务,从感知到综合运用,帮助学生从文中获取西方饮食文化信息的能力,掌握被动语态的用法,并会简单谈论中西方饮食文化。整节课以学生自主学习为主,合作探究为辅,结合PPt.电影片段和投影仪等数字手段达到直观形象,激发兴趣的教学效果,最后观看一个电影片段和西方礼仪教学的视频,引发情感教育。
2.教学背景分析
教学内容分析:【教材分析】
Module 6的主要内容为通过对中西方饮食文化的介绍来复习被动语态,重点学习heat up, be similar to, help yourself等短语的用法。从全书来看,本模块承接上册书对被动语态的学习和运用,内容有层次的展开,学生容易接受。
(1)本单元要学习的内容就是了解并尊重西方饮食文化能简单谈论中西方饮食文化。
(2)本单元要用到的重点句型是被动语态的句型:如:主语+ be + done + by + 执行者。
(3)第一课时(即本课时)所教学的内容以读写为主,是本单元的基础,也是本单元的重点。
学生情况分析:
(1)学生的英语基础较好,对重点语法被动语态的理解、掌握和运用没有问题。
(2)学生的记忆能力较强,所以,复述课文然后仿写课文应该会很顺利。

【设计意图】这是学生的展示,一方面使其他同学得到学习,另一方面也增加读的同学的自豪感。

7. 教学反思
在设计本节课时,我以两个问题为中心:怎样在这节课中培养学生读和写的语言表达能力,怎样利用英语课堂对学生进行德育教育,在本节课中我充分利用本单元的话题,激发学生的学习欲望和兴趣,在本单元我设计选择,填表,复述,探究,仿写等多种读说写任务以训练学生的口头表达能力和书面写作能力,在任务中体现学生的主体地位,促进学生的全面、和谐的发展。
一、创设情景,激发兴趣。
兴趣是学习最好的老师,学生只有对学习有兴趣才能取得好的学习效果。所以,一开始我就用有关食物的图片导入新课,使学生感兴趣,有了了解的欲望。在作文展示环节,我又用投影仪展出几个学生的的作品,这样不仅让写的学生有种自豪感,,而且让其他学生在听的同时,看到作文内容,使学生能借鉴他人好的句型,用到自己文中。在结束时,通过观看一段电影片段和一段西方礼仪介绍的视频,引发情感教育,学生也就能始终保持积极的学习态度了更激发他们的学习兴趣,让他们以更大的意愿去学习。
二、注重鼓励,评价多样。
学生在学习的过程中有可能出现一些错误,本人就以积极的态度对待他们,引导学生往正确的方向行走,这样创造出来的愉快的氛围对学生的学习有很大的积极影响力。
三、 小组合作,取长补短。
新课标强调学生的合作与交流能力的培养,在本节课中我用不同的方式来促进学生的合作。共同谱曲,只有同心协力,意见一致四人小组才能向大家展示出好的作品;取长补短,才能在交流意见时得到统一。这样使学生充分体会到合作所带来的美妙之处,体会到合作的益处,从而促进学生的自主发展。
四、多样整合,拓宽学习渠道
适时恰当的课程整合,不仅可以有效的提高课堂教学效率,也能最大限度地丰富学科内涵,提高学生的素养。本节课我充分利用网络中的视频、图片、声音等优秀资源,借助多媒体教学手段,向学生展示了很多的信息,使学习内容更加生动直观,最大限度激活了学生的思维,使学生感受到科技给学习带来的新的学习方式,为学生以后的发展奠定了基础。
而且我也认识到,任务的完成不是语言学习的结束,而是另一个高度的开端。教师不要为了任务活动而忽略了语言的传授。学生的信息交流要在特定的环境中进行,给学生参与的机会,要给学生去说、去做、去思考的机会。
