Write a page in a wellness book
经验介绍类文体一般由三部分组成:第一部分描述过去的担忧和相关问题(如课文第一段中的always wanted to look like ..., worried about ...),第二部分描述观念和做出的改变(如课文第二段中的started thinking about ...),第三部分描述自己现在的行动以回应第一部分中对以前的做法的描述(如课文第三段中的“现在”:stopped comparing ... and made a list of the things I liked about myself)。
First, cut up three bananas, three apples and a watermelon. ______________, put the fruit in a bowl. __________, put in two teaspoons of honey and a cup of yogurt. ___________, mix it all up.
本文第一段中的“no fat, low fat, 5∶2, only bananas, no bananas”,这几个词语的连用,表明了作者曾经为减肥而做出的各种努力。
①A bicycle can't stand on its own because it is two tyred (too tired).

②“Why shouldn't you believe a man in bed?” “Because he is always lying.”

第二段中的句子“Rather than cutting out the foods I enjoyed, I added healthy foods to my meals.”
Rather than __________ (waste) time doing things ____________ I don't like, I devote myself to my favorite things.
It is really hard to say which is better than the other, middle school life or college life. In middle school ①____________________________ (我们必须听老师在课堂上所讲的). And there are lots of rules in middle school. For example, we should wear the uniform, ②____________________________ (女孩子们必须剪短发) and so on. But in college ③__________________________ (我们必须课前自学). Ⅱ.
1.不健康的生活习惯;
2.解决的办法;
注意:1.写作词数应为80左右;
In the past, I often stayed up late and took little physical exercise. As a result, I became too fat and often fell ill.
Later I made up my mind to change my unhealthy lifestyle. Not only did I begin to keep a balanced diet, but I also took an active part in various sports activities. What's more, I developed the habit of going to bed early and getting up early. With two months passing, I regained my health.
I suggest you get out of your unhealthy living habits as soon as possible, because nothing is more important than health.
It was the day of the big cross-country run. Students from seven different primary schools in and around the small town were warming up and walking the route through thick evergreen forest.
I looked around and finally spotted David, who was standing by himself off to the side by a fence. He was small for ten years old. His usual big toothy smile was absent today. I walked over and asked him why he wasn't with the other children. He hesitated and then said he had decided not to run.
What was wrong He had worked so hard for this event!
I quickly searched the crowd for the school's coach and asked him what had happened.“I was afraid that kids from other schools would laugh at him, ” he explained uncomfortably. “I gave him the choice to run or not, and let him decide.”
I bit back my frustration (懊恼).I knew the coach meant well — he thought he was doing the right thing. After making sure that David could run if he wanted, I turned to find him coming towards me, his small body rocking from side to side as he swung his feet forward.
David had a brain disease which prevented him from walking or running like other children, but at school his classmates thought of him as a regular kid. He always participated to the best of his ability in whatever they were doing. That was why none of the children thought it unusual that David had decided to join the cross-country team. It just took him longer — that's all. David had not missed a single practice, and although he always finished his run long after the other children. he did always finish. As a special education teacher at the school, I was familiar with the challenges David faced and was proud of his strong determination.
We sat down next to each other, but David wouldn't look at me. I knew he wanted to give up the run. Then I hugged him tightly, saying,“I believe you can face the challenge bravely. More importantly, it is participation rather than the result that matters to you.” Inspired by what I said, David decided to run. During the competition although David fell behind, he kept running, sweaty and exhausted. Finally, David struggled to cross the finishing line. When David sincerely said“Thank you!”, I was proud of his wonderful performance.

Although most games have winners and losers, the goal of sports is not to win every game. The real goals include getting exercise, having fun, and learning important social skills, like sportsmanship.
Good sportsmanship is all about respect.Good sports (有体育精神的人) respect their teammates and also their opponents. They respect their coaches, and they also respect the referees or other officials involved in their games. 1 They shout at their teammates and they talk back to coaches or referees.
Kids usually learn good and bad sportsmanship from the adults in their lives. 2 If parents and coaches show disrespect for other fans, referees, or each other, kids will likely act the same way on the field.
3 Some of them are very basic and easy to do, like shaking hands with other players before a game.Other examples may take a little more courage, such as acknowledging a great play made by the opposing team.
Learning good sportsmanship is important because it helps you develop an attitude of graciousness (礼貌) and respect that will carry over into all the other areas of your life.If you're a good sport on the field, you'll also likely to be a good sport in the classroom. 4
So be a good sport in whatever you do! 5 When others see you acting in a way that makes it clear that winning isn't the most important thing, you can move on to focusing on the important things, like having fun, getting exercise, and improving your skills!
A.Good sportsmanship can be shown in many ways.
B.However, bad sportsmanship is all about disrespect.
C.The example you set can be a powerful teaching tool for others.
D.Players' parents and coaches set examples that kids tend to follow.
E.We can be good sports by encouraging others but not laughing at them.
F.Starting as a good sport earlier will help you be a good sport as you get old.
G.Being a good sport in the classroom will eventually lead to being a good sport in the workplace.
Some of them,Other examples与A项中的in many ways呼应,上下文衔接连贯顺畅。

We sat down next to each other, but David wouldn't look at me. I knew he wanted to give up the run. Then I hugged him tightly, saying,“I believe you can face the challenge bravely. More importantly, it is participation rather than the result that matters to you.” Inspired by what I said, David decided to run. During the competition although David fell behind, he kept running, sweaty and exhausted. Finally, David struggled to cross the finishing line. When David sincerely said“Thank you!”, I was proud of his wonderful performance.
