1.能总结出形容词和副词比较级的构成方式。
2.通过语法知识学习,掌握形容词和副词比较级的用法。
3.通过对比(同一个人的前后对比,不同人之间的相似对比),引导积极向上的个人品格。

◆Step 2 Presentation Work on 3a 1.Students read the sentences in 3a,observe the bold words,and then guide them to summarize the rules for forming the comparative adjectives and adverbs. 2.The teacher explains the rules for forming the comparative forms of adjectives and adverbs,and supplements with the comparative forms of irregular adjectives and adverbs. 3.Demonstrate how to use the comparative adjective and adverb correctly through example sentences. 观察学生是否能正确总结和使用比较级的用法。 指导学生进行语法知识的梳理。

◆Step 3 Practice Work on 3b and 3c 1.Students complete the content of 3b through group cooperation and read it in different roles. 2.Show the pictures in 3c.The groups discuss and summarize the differences between the two cities and then fill in the blanks. 教师应观察学生在小组合作中的互动、角色朗读的表现以及对比较级用法的理解和应用,评估他们的参与度和掌握情况。

板书设计 Unit 3 Same or Different 第3课时 Grammar Focus(3a-3c) 一、形容词、副词比较级的变化规则: 变化规则示例一般在单音节形容词词尾加-ertall—taller short—shorter以字母-e 结尾的双音节形容词,直接加-rnice—nicer large—larger以 “辅音字母+y” 结尾的双音节形容词,先变y为i,再加-erhappy—happier busy—busier部分双音节和多音节形容词,在前面加morebeautiful—more beautiful expensive—more expensive重读闭音节词尾只有一个辅音字母时,双写末尾字母再加-erbig—bigger hot—hotter不规则变化good/well—better bad/badly—worse many/much—more little—less far— farther/further
二、句型 同级比较 【肯】A+be+as+形容词原级+as+B (+be).A和B一样…… A+动词+ as+副词原级+as+B (情动/助动). A做某事与B一样地…… a.Bill is as funny as his father.比尔和他的爸爸一样有趣。 b.His father runs as fast as mine.他爸爸跑得和我爸爸一样快。
【否】A+be+not+as/so+形容词原级+as+B. A不如B一样的……(B比A更……) A+助/情+not+动词+ as/so+副词原级+ as+B. A做某事不如B一样地…… a.Those books aren't as/so interesting as these.那些书不如这些书有趣。 b.His father can't run as/so fast as mine.他爸爸跑得不如我爸爸快。 比较级 1.基本结构:A+be动词+形容词+than+B./A+实义动词+副词比较级+than+B. a.The elephant is bigger than the horse.大象比马大。 b.He runs faster than his brother.他比他弟弟跑得快。 2.“比较级+and+比较级”:表示事物本身程度的逐渐变化,意为 “越来越……” 多音节词和部分双音节词用 “more and more+形容词/副词原级”。 a.The weather is getting colder and colder.天气越来越冷了。 b.Our city is becoming more and more beautiful.我们的城市变得越来越美了。 3.“the+比较级+主语+谓语,the+比较级+主语+谓语”:表示 “越……,越……” 前一分句是从句,后一分句是主句,都用陈述句语序 a.The more you study,the more you know.你学得越多,知道得就越多。 b.The harder you work,the better you will be.你越努力,就会变得越好。 4.表示两者之间的比较常用 “the+比较级+ of the two” 结构 He is the taller of the two boys.他是两个男孩中较高的。 5.疑问词(Which/Who)+动词+比较级,A or B 意为“A和B相比,哪个更…… ” Which city is bigger,Shanghai or Tianjin 哪个城市更大,上海还是天津

教学反思
在教授这部分内容时,我通过引导学生对比分析语法结构,让他们较好地掌握了比较级的用法。但仍存在一些不足之处。教学重点突出方面,还可以更加强化对易错点的练习。教学方法上,小组讨论的形式虽能调动积极性,但部分学生参与度不够,今后要加强引导。需更加注重学生个体差异,设计更有针对性的练习,合理安排教学时间,以提高教学效果。
