教学设计
教学目标
知识目标:
1.掌握并运用重点短语:
have a fever; (cough; headache; stomach ache; toothache)。
2.掌握询问病情和诉说病情的语言结构。
能力目标:
1.能运用这些语言框架,进行医患角色的扮演。
2.能针对不健康的生活习惯,给出恰当的建议。
情感目标:
1.能够检查自身的生活习惯,对于存在的问题能主动寻求解决方案。
2.能够与他人讨论健康习惯上存在的问题,积极提出建议。
3.能够意识到生活习惯不同的人群持有不同的健康观念。
4.培养学生健康的生活方式。
5.能够关心自己及他人健康。
重难点
重点:1、能运用所学语言功能进行医患角色的扮演。
2、熟练运用for 和 since 的时间状语来表示自己的想法。
难点:能针对不健康的生活习惯,给出恰当的建议。
教学辅助:
多媒体、 CAI医生标志服装、导学案等等。
教学方法:通过自主学习法、合作的方法、小组合作法、练习法、借助听说训练,结合话题解决问题。
教学内容:
Step 1:Warm-up and lead in
观看“兔子生病,去看医生”的FLASH.并提出问题:
1.What’s wrong with the rabbit?
2.What do you usually do when you are ill?
从而引出 “seeing the doctor”
Unit 1 I haven’t done much exercise since I got my computer.
设计意图:带着问题看动画,不仅能提高学生对英语的学习兴趣,而且又能够让学生明确观看目的。
Step 2:Presentation—words、phrases
呈现本单元的相关单词、短语及句型的图片,让学生猜一猜,词语,短语,句子。
比如 fever--have/has got a fever--He has got a fever.
并通过交际教学法,用师生问答的方式引导学生初步掌握本单元的重点内容。
设计意图: 通过观察相关图片,回答相关问题,初步了解本单元的主要内容。
Step 3:Listen
听对话,完成表格。

1.本活动要求学生听录音,然后判断贝蒂和大明各得了什么病。这个活动通过听来考查学生识别单词的能力。
2.本部分听力的目的在于训练学生从听力材料中获取相关信息的能力,以学生能够掌握文章中的主要信息为完成任务的标准。
设计意图:观看视频回答问题。通过视频的形式呈现文本,带着问题观看,训练学生的听说感知能力。

Step 4 Reading
读对话,完成问题
1.What’s the matter with Daming?
2.How long has Daming been like this?

针对2,3小问题的答案
He has been ill for about three days.
He hasn't done much exercise since he got his computer.
小组合作探讨since 和for的区别。教师加以引导总结语法。
思考之后在进行巩固检测,检查学生对since和for的掌握情况。
设计意图:练习了解学生对since和for的区别,能够及时掌握学生存在的欠缺德尔地方。通过小组合作的方法,使学生之间不仅能形成合作意识而且还能够养成良好的团队意识以及竞争意识。从而增强学生学习英语的主动性和积极性。
Step 5 Speaking
1、组内进行角色朗读,并且检查学生的发音,语调。
2、角色扮演课本剧:为学生提供情景,分配角色,学生把对话表演出来,这种对话具有事实性。除语言外,学生还必须注意肢体语言,注意两人的互动。

设计意图:通过ACT OUT这一活动,不仅加强了学生张开嘴说的能力,而且训练了学生对病情症状的描述以及能给出相对应的措施。从而解决了本节课的重难点。
拓展
讨论如何保持健康?
犹豫这个话题比较大,因此教师给与三个方面来讨论,分别是:饮食、运动和心态。并给出适当的句型,How to keep healthy?
It’s a good idea to… ...is good for your health. ...should… ...
You’d better… ...Why not… ...Don’t forget to…
设计意图:这样可以将学生的思路暂时性的锁定在他所能阐述的范围之内。更好的训练学生的语言能力以及书写能力。
Step 6 Summary
学生自己总结本节课收获的知识,老师加以补充,与学生一起完成本节课的知识树形图。并且抽查学生的掌握情况。
Exercise:采用常态题型和中考链接两种方式,使得学生不仅能够贴近中考,了解重难点,而且有助于巩固当堂所学知识,有助于老师了解学生的学习以及掌握情况。

设计意图:作业分为两部分,分别为针对所学知识的练习题和预习,这样设计不仅利于学生及时巩固本节课学到的知识,而且又能让学生顺承下一节课的内容。真正做到温故知新。
