Worried Friend is worried that his or her friend, Chen Lei, plays computer games too often and spends too much time online.
1) Talk to her/his friend about his behaviour.
2) Encourage his/her friend to try new hobbies.

建议信要简明扼要、目的明确、具有合理性和说服力。
建议信的格式和普通信件一样,通常包括日期、称呼、正文、结束语和签名五个部分。
开头 (beginning)
开门见山,引出话题,说明写信目的。(安慰对方并提出自己的看法。)
主体 (body)
对所提出的问题进行陈述,提出合理的建议并说明理由。(根据写作要点提示,提出建议并说明理由。)
结尾 (ending)
呼应开头,重申观点,表达祝愿。
建议信写作注意事项
建议信的写作目的是提出建议或忠告,不是投诉信。观点要合情合理,注意礼貌当先。
