【教材分析】
本课时要学习B部分Let’s try,Let’s talk两部分内容。
【学情分析】
本课对于学生来说,略有难度。由于文本内容丰富,其中一些句子较长:We’re going to see a film about space travel. 这种较长的句子可能难于理解,说的不够流畅。学生对when, what, where的具体内涵可能不清楚。
【教学目标】
一、知识目标
1.能够在图片和老师的帮助下理解对话大意;
2.能够听懂、会说句型:Where are you going I’m going to …When are you going 并会在具体情境中询问和回答;
3.学生能够读懂题目要求,能运用基本听力技巧完成主旨题和细节题。
二、能力目标
1.能在听前预测听力重点内容;能通过听力练习预测后续故事;
2.能按照正确的意群及语音、语调读对话;
3.能够在情境中运用be going to句型谈论计划的时间与地点。
三、情感态度目标
了解电影院周二通常有半价电影票的生活常识,合理安排生活中活动计划。能够了解部分火星知识,认识到宇宙的魅力。
【学习重点、难点】
教学重点:能听、说、读、写和运用核心句型:Where are you going We’re going to the cinema. When are you going Next Wednesday.
教学难点:能借助Where are you going When are you going 这两个核心句型,了解他人或自己的行事计划。
学习相关词组space travel, lots of , half price等。
突破方法:引导学生对重点内容的学习进行预设;带着问题视听动画,让学生有目的的进行听、看和思考,获取信息,分析信息;引导学生在寻找问题答案的过程中,深入把握文本内容。

热身(Warm-up)
分组Boys and girls, if you can answer my question,you can get a planet for your group.边说边拿起一个奖励贴 在小组宇宙处放一下,帮助学生理解老师的意思。
(二)Look and say 复习活动类词组,为本节课后期输出环节做准备

(三)Make a sentence: 复习句型“...be going to… ”
T: Now let’s play a game.Look!Amy is going to take a trip.Can you make a sentence according to the picture 教师先示范第一幅图如何造句,再翻到下一张PPT请学生尝试看图造句。复习A部分所学句型。
【设计意图】设置分组,竞争激趣。通过2个复习操练, 激活课堂气氛,巧妙复习所学内容。
二、呈现(Presentation)
(一)Let’s try
1. 第一遍听:T :John is on his way home.He sees Amy.What is Amy going to do Can you guess Listen and answer. Ss: She is going to buy some fruit.
2. 第二遍听:T: This is John. John is going to buy some ice cream.Is the ice cream for John Listen and answer.Please pay attention to the key word.
Ss: No, it’s for Jack.
3. 点明Jack身份。T: Who is Jack He is John’s cousin. And he is going to visit John.
【设计意图】听前对所听内容进行预测,听中带着问题,听后完成练习。Let’s try 为Let’s talk 的导入进行了铺垫。是对话教学的引子。特别点明杰克的身份,巩固复习单词cousin, 为对话情境做铺垫。

1.整体感知,观看动画,问题视听:

2.第二遍以听对话的形式,回答问题
T: Where are they going Listen to the tape and answer.

在跟读第二遍视频录音后,学生从给定地点范围中选出约翰和杰克要去的地方。Ss: They are going to the cinema.
将重点句型板书贴在黑板上,并领读,师生、男女、生生分角色朗读后,学生两人一组加动作表演对话。
S1: Where are you going S2: We’re going to the cinema.
第三遍以阅读的形式,设置疑问When are they going
T:When are they going Let’s read the passage and find the answer.

将重点句型板书贴在黑板上,并领读师生、男女、生生分角色朗读后,学生两人一组加动作表演对话。

【设计意图】 反复阅读文本,在文本中处理Where are you going What are you going to do When are you going 在文本情境中处理相关知识,注重培养学生根据上下文猜测生词的能力。学生能够理解文本内容,并在情境中理解所学语言知识点,为下一步的练习奠定基础。引导学生提取课文中的信息。以表格的形式梳理疑问词引导的特殊疑问句,图片情境引导学生回答,并紧跟pair work练习问答和情境练习突破对话中的知识点。
三、练习(Practice)(此环节用时10分钟)
(一)跟读模仿,语音强化。
1.播放课文视频,引导学生模仿对话。纠正学生的发音,培养学生良好的语音语调,养成按意群朗读课文的习惯。跟读完后图文强调lots of comic books、half price词组,拓展电影《火星之旅》简介以及火星相关知识,让学生知道宇宙充满魅力。

2. 分角色朗读、表演对话。注意学生的语音语调及表情、动作。
(二)复述文章,理清脉络。

复述文章之后,整合Blearn单词部分,继续探讨从电影院出来之后,John和Jack打算做的事情(本部分可删减)

点明重点句型,多种方式问答练习(本部分可删减2-3个活动)

(骰子越大,效果越好,用电饭锅的纸箱做过一个骰子,学生很兴奋)

【设计意图】跟读,创编等活动,对本课的重点知识进行巩固和练习,为进一步复习知识打下基础。2个重点句型都由开始的游戏、看图创编等环节最终落地到生活实际,鼓励学生进行输出。为学生提供语言支架,帮助学生根据自己的计划创编新对话,实现在真实语境中核心句型的运用。
四、拓展(Extension)(此环节用时5分钟)
(一)话题拓展,创编对话
Task1:Brainstorm
出示关键词where,老师示范性说出地点类词语,鼓励学生小组讨论开展头脑风暴,尽可能多说出同类词语。同样的方法引导学生思考what、when的对应相关词组。为后期小组活动对话输出提供语料
Task2:Meet new friends
展示3个人物,逐一介绍姓名和他们的爱好,请小组讨论选定一个新朋友,为下一个任务对话输出打下基础
Task3:Make a new dialogue
假定新朋友要来拜访某位同学,请学生结合新朋友的兴趣爱好,以小组为单位创编对话,给学生语言框架支持。

【设计意图】小组活动3个任务环环相扣,为学生提供语言支架,帮助整合本单元重点句型,在老师创设的情境下结合本节课对话结构进行整合输出完整语篇。
