非书信
在写口头通知时，应注意以下几个问题：
1. 在正文之前，要有称呼语，以引起别人的注意。如： Now everybody! Excuse me if I interrupt you. But I have an announcement to make.
/ Ladies and gentlemen, may I have your attention please I have something important to tell you. /Please excuse my interrupting you, but I have something important to tell you.等。
2. 同样地，结尾要给听众结束通知的信号： Thank you so much for it . /Thank you for your attention等。
书面通知：
1. 标题：在正文上面正中的地方 写上 NOTICE .
2. 正文(注意:不要称呼和自我介绍)
① 首段：表述活动目的及活动基本信息
② 主体：时间、地点、(活动流程)，活动要求/准备工作和报名方式等
③ 尾段：号召参与、表示期待
3 ）单位：发通知的单位一般写在 正文的右下角。
通知类：英语通知，分为口头通知和书面通知两类。

With the intention of enriching campus life and stimulating students’ enthusiasm for Chinese literature, an extraordinary Classical Chinese Poetry Reciting Contest is scheduled to be held in our school.
