2学情分析
402班是四年级上学期新接班，英语基础较差，上学期已经补充了ABC26个英文字母正确读写，国际音标正确读，常用英语用语等学习辅导,但不足之处还很多，存在两极分化现象。所以坚持英语基础补习，多鼓励学生学习英语，带动学生学习英语的兴趣是接下来的工作重中之重。2·1·c·n·j·y
