Suddenly, I was back in the present, standing in that small shop. The rocking horse stood silently, just like the one in my memory. With a ray of hope. I ducked, looking for the scratch around its neck. To my astonishment, there was actually a scratch. Blessed by the god, my " dream horse" ran back to my side.A sense of warmth spread through me, as if my grandfather was right there, smiling at me. The smooth wood under my fingers made me remember my grandfather’s kind face. I didn’t want to lose it again.
