Autumn is a good to do sport because it is not too hot or too cold. But how you feel is quite different from how your body feels. Your body works more slowly, so it is easy for you to be hurt (伤害) when doing sport. Here is some advice.
Drink water.
It is often very dry in autumn and your body loses (丢失) water easily. So it is best to drink 500 ml water two hours before your exercise.But be careful that you cannot drink water as soon as you finish your exercise. Just do it about 15 minutes after that.
Warm up your body.

Do outdoor activities.
