Self- Management
By Li Ming
I am glad to share my ideas of self-management. It’s important to have self-management inn both our life and study. For example, I make a study plan every week so that I can make good use my time. In my daily life, I keep eating healthy food, such as fruit and vegetables. What’s more, doing exercise regularly makes me stronger. (I am used to running after school every day. If I have time, I often go to the park to play basketball with my friends on weekends.)
Through these, I developed good study habits and learn better. Playing basketball also brings me a lot of friends and learn team spirit. Healthy lifestyle makes me energetic and helps me to live a happier life.
So let’s learn to manage ourselves and become better ourselves.(The better we manage ourselves, the better future we’ll have!)
