根据“To find out the answer to this question, let’s go back to 1961. By then, Webb had enjoyed working in public service.”可知,Webb在1961年之前就已经享受公共服务工作,所以③排在最前面;根据“Under Webb’s management, NASA made great progress in its exploration of space. The organization developed robotic spacecraft to explore the moon.”可知,NASA使用宇宙飞船探索月球,所以②排在③之后;根据“One of the worst accidents in the history of spaceflight happened on January 27,1967. Three astronauts died during a test. After the accident, Webb tried his best to lead the organization to correct all of the problems.”可知,Webb领导NASA纠正了事故的所有问题,所以④排在②之后;根据“In July 1969, nine months after Webb had retired from NASA, Apollo 11’s astronaut Neil Armstrong set foot on the moon.”
