课标要求 (2022版)《义务教育英语课程标椎》指出在语境中理解词汇的含义,在运用中逐步积累词汇;在特定语境中,运用词汇描述事物、行为、过程和特征,表达与主题相关的主要信息和观点。能用简短的句子描述所学的与中外文化有关的具体事物:初步具有观察、识别、比较中外文化异同的能力;能识别、提炼、概括语篇的关键信息、主要内容、主题意义和观点。
教材分析 What: 本课时是B部分的一节词汇课,考虑到单元主题的学习的递进性,所以先将子话题“Meet our classmates”放在第一课时,先认识我们的同学,再到认识各科任老师。教材通过Miss White带领新同学Oliver来班级认识班上的同学而展开对话,询问、介绍班上同学的性格特点。Why: 教材情景中对话交流用到询问同学们的性格特点的语言可以帮助学生描述人物性格或品质特征,引导学生树立正确的审美观,学会欣赏他人,尊重他人。How: 本节课是一节单词课,教材主情景图先通过Miss White向Oliver介绍班级上同学们的性格特点,学习句型:This is.../That is...He/She’s...,然后再让Oliver主动融入班集体,让班长Amy带领Oliver了解其他同学的性格特点,运用句型询问同学们的性格特点,如What’s he/she like He’s/ She’s...,在语境中理解本节课的核心单词polite, shy, helpful, hard-working, clever的语用和语义。
学情分析 能力基础:经过三年的英语学习,学生具了一定的听、说、读、写能力,能读懂语言简单、主题相关的简短语篇,获取具体信息,理解主要内容,能运用所学语言与他人进行简单的交流。 知识基础:学生在三年级下册第四单元中学过句型:Where is...?It's in/on/under...来询问物品的位置,在四年级上册unit4 My home中,学过地点词汇:living room, library,study,garden等,学生已有的知识储备为本节课的学习打下了基础
