It's the best exercise for building up and strengthening belly muscles．When you're just getting started，don't worry about getting your head all the way up．So long as you're going up until you feel the stretching of the muscles，you will see some benefit．
Jogging in place
Jogging is a great exercise for your heart．You can jog in place at home while watching TV or listening to music．The only equipment you will require is a good pair of shoes，to eliminate (消除) any stress to your legs．
Dancing
Dancing is a wonderful exercise，which is great for your heart．It also can lift your spirits as well，and give your overall feeling a boost．

What exactly is an audiobook today Is it a book Is it a play Or is it becoming something else entirely What is clear is that a push for market dominance is driving it into a new trend．
Amazon-owned Audible，the market leader，hired the Oscar-winning director Sam Mendes to record multi-voice versions of the Dickens novels Oliver Twist and David Copperfield，making audiobooks the performing of the plays，and announced last month that it had reached an agreement for a recording of JK Rowling's Harry Potter series，voiced by more than 100 actors and featuring a“groundbreaking new soundscape”．The new Potter audiobooks，it said，would not take over but maintain conventional recordings by Stephen Fry and Jim Dale，which Audible also hosts．
To say that audio versions are different does not mean they are worse than printed texts．For people with dyslexia (阅读障碍) or ADHD (多动症)，they can be a lifeline—as they can be for those who do not have time，or the habit，of reading books．Commuters，and men between the ages of 25 and 44，have been identified as key drivers of their growing popularity．
The good news for those who secretly find audiobooks more accessible，but are embarrassed to admit it，is that brain scans have revealed that they stimulate the same cognitive and emotional parts of the brain．But so would a radio play．Listening to stories，another intriguing piece of research revealed，sets the pulse racing far more than watching them．
So while we celebrate what audiobooks have in common with their print versions—both enable the brain to create its own pictures in a world where premanufactured images too often do all the work for us—we should also appreciate that they are translations into a different medium，even when read by the authors themselves．What is certain is that there is room for both．

German artist HA Schult is an unusual artist who uses trash to make sculptures．“We are living in a time of garbage，”says Schult．“I created a thousand sculptures of garbage．They are a mirror of ourselves．”Here，Schult was talking about his 1，000 trash sculptures in the form of humans．
“They are social sculptures，”he explained．“They are not only sculptures for the eyes．They are sculptures to spread the idea that we live in a time of garbage．”So far，Schult's social sculptures have been on show in Paris，in Moscow's Red Square，on the Great Wall of China，and in the desert next to the Great Pyramid of Giza near Cairo．
HA Schult's work is unforgettable．Although his work has had a big influence on the art world，Schult remains modest about his creation，“Artists have to learn every time．We are not important．All that counts is the time in which we are living．”
Trash art has been around for years．But it seems that only the popular artists are regarded as true artists when working with trash．Why can't ordinary people be considered artists when they use the same things and change them into some form of personal art？Maybe it's because we all have our own presumption of what art is and isn't，or whom artists are or should be．
You can be an artist like Schult if you try．Look at used metal cans．What might be done with them？Imagine them in any number of new uses，or imagine them simply as an art form．What about boxes or clothing？Boxes can usually serve as new storage containers and houses for pets．And clothing？Imagine taking old clothes and turning them into hats or bags．

Feeling a bit less stable (稳定的) than before Maybe you find yourself holding on to handrails (扶手) more when going down stairs As we get older，our balance gets worse．But how much does it matter？
A lot，it turns out．If your balance isn't great，you're more likely to fall．That can have serious results as we age，when bones often become weak．Research has also shown that balance is important for how long we will live．
A study of 1，702 people aged 51 to 75 found that people who couldn't stand on one leg for ten seconds were nearly twice as likely to die in the next ten years．Falls could be one reason why，but that's unlikely to be the whole story．Individuals who were in worse health were more likely to fail the ten-second test．
There are three parts to balance．The first is the visual system which shows us whether we're losing balance．Then the vestibular system (前庭系统) in the inner ear sends information to our brain about the move of our head．The third one is our body's ability to sense its location，movement and actions．People with ear problems that cause dizziness (眩晕)，or muscle weakness are more likely to have balance problems．If you suffer from dizziness，see your doctor to find out the reason．But there's a lot you can do yourself to improve physical strength．
If you exercise，you're ahead of the game．One study found that a group that did 32 weeks of aerobic exercise increased their ability to stand on one foot by 31 per cent．Otherwise，improve your balance by walking，cycling or climbing stairs—this will strengthen muscles in the lower body—or by practising yoga or tai chi．

Feeling a bit less stable (稳定的) than before Maybe you find yourself holding on to handrails (扶手) more when going down stairs As we get older，our balance gets worse．But how much does it matter？
A lot，it turns out．If your balance isn't great，you're more likely to fall．That can have serious results as we age，when bones often become weak．Research has also shown that balance is important for how long we will live．
A study of 1，702 people aged 51 to 75 found that people who couldn't stand on one leg for ten seconds were nearly twice as likely to die in the next ten years．Falls could be one reason why，but that's unlikely to be the whole story．Individuals who were in worse health were more likely to fail the ten-second test．
