Dear Eric,
Nowadays, more and more people become addicted to short videos. Last Friday our class had a debate on the topic. Here's what I think about the phenomenon.
First of all, spending too much time on short videos does harm to our body and mind as some of the videos are fake, others are not educational, also causing physical diseases such as nearsightedness and cervical pain without noticing. Besides,it takes much time to browse screens that we could have otherwise taken advantage of to read, study or exercise.
So we should try to avoid spending too much time on short videos.
Yours,
Li Hua
片段1
Suddenly there was a sound in the bush. Out of the growth flew this battered dog right into my father's arms. My father's eyes shone, and the old lady and I stood there with tears in our eyes. He kept licking my father's face and making choking noises. We wrapped him in an old blanket and I held him on my lap on the way back.
With her heart beating fast,Emily walked up to her neighbor's front door. She took a deep breath before gathering enough courage to knock on the door. When Mr Mason opened the door, she dared not look into his eyes.“Mr Mason,I'm terribly sorry that I broke your window when playing football,” she murmured.
