学情分析
经过初中三年的系统学习,大部分学生有了一定的英语学习基础,对西方国家的文化和饮食有了一定的了解,英语综合运用能力有了显著提高。初三下学期,为备战中考,帮助学生梳理初中三年所学知识,我们采取了按话题复习的方法,这样做的好处是知识更加系统化。
具体到饮食这一专题,相信学生对有关饮食的词汇掌握不成问题,重点难点是分析这些词汇是可数名词还是不可数名词,以及可数名词的变化规则。另外,帮助学生复习巩固谈论喜好,订餐以及描述程序的句型也是本节课的重点。
效果分析
本堂课是围绕饮食这一话题展开的复习课,共包括三个单元的内容,涉及谈论对食物的喜好,学会点餐以及描述程序三方面内容。通过课堂观察以及习题检测来看,不同层次的学生达到的学习效果也是有差异的。对学优生来说,整个话题涉及内容简单,学习目标顺利达成。而对一些基础较差的学生来说,词汇和句型掌握情况较好,但写作的情况还是存在一些语法和拼写错误,还需课下多做努力。整堂课来说,由易到难,层层推进,进展顺利,不同层次的学生也达成了不同层次的学习效果。
课后反思
本节课是一节话题复习课—饮食。该话题涵盖了七年级上册Unit 6 Do you like bananas?,七年级下册Unit 10 I’d like some noodles以及八年级上册Unit 8 How do you make a banana milk shake?三个单元的内容。本节课采取了先处理词汇,再处理句型,最后生成写作的教学设计。在词汇处理环节,让学生自己写出和饮食相关的词汇,并区分可数名词和不可数名词,学生表现良好。在第二个环节中,采取了小组讨论的形式让学生回忆点餐常用句型,内容相对简单,教学效果良好。在第三个环节中,为给写作作铺垫,先让学生做了一篇关于如何描述程序的文章的阅读,先进行知识输入,而后给学生呈现写作任务,并用生动的图片引导学生描述制作西红柿鸡蛋面的过程,最后由学生完成写作任务。整堂课的设计由易到难,层层推进,学生积极活跃,参与度较高,教学效果良好。不足之处在于,教学方式考虑是否可以更加自主化,从而锻炼学生的自主学习能力。
