三、学情分析：
八年级学生经过一年半的学习，学生虽然有了一定的英语基础与能力，但现在完成时是一个最难的时态，也是初二的最后一个时态，对于马上要学习的这部分的学生来说，最后是让学生在情景中学习；由浅到深慢慢深入，效果较好。此部分既是学习重点，又是学习难点，经常会出现综合题，往往难度较大，但是大部分学生还是能凭借所学知识和个人能力进行解决。
五、效果分析：
本节课设计情景学习、合作探究、交流展示、反馈练习、课堂小结五个教学环节。在整个教学环节中，教师始终贯彻积极引导的指导方针，让学生在探究的过程中完成教学。合作探究充分体现了以学生为主体的教学思想；课堂充满民主、和谐的学习氛围；学生的思维、言行得到彻底的解放，生生之间、小组之间的互评及教师的及时评价实现了评价的多元化，师生较轻松的解决了本节课的重点与难点，学生各方面的能力得到了相应的提升。
教学反思：
（一）成功之处主要表现在：
1、用相关的视频、图片导入新课，给了学生一个宽松，愉悦的学习氛围，激起了学生的学习兴趣。
2、教学过程中，注重了听力指导，口语训练时给出清晰的练习目标，使得学生了解重点，做到了有的放矢；给学生提供了充足的听力和口语训练，引导学生运用目标语言描述过去发生的但与现在有关的事情。
3、从整体上看，本节课基本上达到了新课程标准要求的预期目标。特别是教师对教材的充分挖掘和调整，是符合本班学生实际的。教师在课堂上起到了组织者、合作者、引导者作用，课堂活而有序。
4、本课为学生提供了充分的展示空间，全体同学都积极动脑，展示自己所长，学习兴趣被激发，逻辑思维能力、语言交流能力、表达展示能力都得到发展。最后的随堂练习帮助实现对本节课重难点的巩固。
（二）存在的缺点：
1、本课是首次接触名著的英语名，口语训练时，学生感觉很绕口，导致Pairwork时不如以往流畅；整体上总感觉哪里有些欠缺和不足。如果不拘泥于以往授课的形式，随时随地练习，效果更好。比如说，导入时多领读，学生再多次读，这样会使学生感到不如此绕口，口语训练时也会更主动。
3、教师的感染力、组织力和调控力还有待提高。与学生的互动以及对学生的调动还不够。有些地方可以大胆的让他们讨论、让他们举例，也可以变换形式，这样课堂气氛会更好而且学生的积极性会提高很多。
