一、总体分析
应用文是人们日常生活和工作中广泛使用的一种文体,也是高考写作中的文体之一。命题形式多为文字提示,写作形式有书信(建议信、投诉信、邀请信、道歉信、感谢信、询问信、推荐信、祝贺信、求职信等)、电子邮件、日记、通知、报道、启事和发言稿等。它不仅考查学生运用词汇和语法的能力,也考查学生的总体分析能力、观察能力、逻辑思维能力、篇章结构的组织能力和表达能力等。
应用文通常是考查学生在真实语境中传递与沟通信息、再现生活经历和表达观点的能力。话题涉及范围很广泛,命题形式以提纲式和半开放式为主,大部分的题目设置都给出简明的提示,不会禁锢学生的思维,让学生有一定的自由发挥空间。这种命题形式体现了立足全面发展的育人目标,落实构建德、智、体、美、劳全面培养的教育体系。考生根据提纲信息写出短文或者报告,语言连贯有逻辑,表述完整即可。在今后的高考命题中考查形式还将以书信和电子邮件为主,其他形式(短文、演讲稿等)为辅;话题仍将以贴近考生的实际生活为主要命题方向。
1.本题总分为15分,按六个档次进行评分。
2.评分时,应主要从内容组织、词汇语法和篇章结构三个方面考虑,具体为:
①对内容要点的覆盖情况以及表述的清楚程度和合理性;
②使用词汇和语法结构的准确性,恰当性和多样性;
③上下文的衔接和全文的连贯性。
3.评分时,先根据作答的整体情况初步确定其所属档次,然后以该档次的要求来综合衡量,确定或调整档次,最后给分。
4.评分时还应注意:
①如果写作词数比要求词数上下浮动10词以上,从总分中减去2分;
②单词拼写和标点符号的运用是写作规范的重要方面,评分时应视其对交际的影响程度予以考虑,英、美拼写及词汇用法均可接受;
③书写较差以致影响交际的,将分数降低一个档次。
档次 得分 评分标准
第六档 13-15 覆盖所有内容要点; 应用了较多的语法结构和词汇; 语法结构或词汇方面有些许错误,但为尽力使用较复杂结构或较高级词汇所致;具备较强的语言运用能力; 有效地使用了语句间的连接成分,使全文结构紧凑。
第五档 10-12 虽漏掉了个别信息,但基本覆盖所有主要内容; 应用的语法结构和词汇能满足任务的要求; 语法结构或词汇方面应用基本准确,些许错误主要是因尝试较复杂语法结构或词汇所致; 应用简单的语句间的连接成分,使全文结构紧凑。
第四档 7-9 虽漏掉了个别要点,但覆盖主要内容; 应用的语法结构和词汇能满足任务的要求; 有一些语法结构或词汇方面的错误,但不影响理解;应用简单的语句间连接成分,使全文内容连贯。
第三档 4-6 漏掉或未描述清楚一些主要内容,写了一些无关内容; 语法结构单调,词汇项目有限; 有一些语法结构或词汇方面的错误,影响了对写作内容的理解;较少使用语句间的连接成分,内容缺少连贯性。
第二档 1-3 明显遗漏主要内容,写了一些无关内容,原因可能是未理解试题要求;语法结构单调,词汇项目有限; 较多语法结构或词汇方面的错误,影响对写作内容的理解; 缺乏语句间的连接成分,内容不连贯。
第一档 0 内容太少,无法评判; 写的内容均与所要求内容无关或所写内容无法看清。
【得分技巧】
1.审题时,注意题目要求中的写作体裁是什么,然后根据体裁构思谋篇;注意要点提示,不要遗漏要点;弄清注意事项中对词数、书写等方面的具体要求;确定文章的主体时态和人称。
2.谋篇时,根据写作体裁,合理安排写作要点的逻辑顺序;确定短文的分段及详略。
3.定稿时,要按照审题和谋篇时的思路在草稿纸上搭建写作框架。如果遇到表述困难,要及时更换用词或句式,尽量减少语言错误。如果能力许可,尽量使用高级词汇和句式,这样会
使文章水平更上一个台阶。
4.正式誊写在试卷上时,注意标点、大小写、分段等细节,不要因出现低级错误影响最终得分。
二、体裁解读
Writing 1建议信
定义 建议信是对某事提出建议和忠告。建议信有可能是写给个人,就其遇到的某个问题提出自己的看法和观点;也可能是写给某个组织或机构,就改进其服务提出建议或忠告。建议信要写出写信的原因、建议的内容、提出建议的理由,提出的理由要合情合理,语气一定要礼貌得体。
结构 首段 表明写作意图,陈述事由,简单介绍自己,注意语气 1.I am glad to receive your letter asking for my advice on how to learn Chinese well.我很高兴收到你的来信就如何学好中文向我寻求建议。 2.I am so glad to have a talk with you.I understand your present situation for I have had a similar experience before. 我很高兴与你交流。我理解你现在的处境,因为我之前也有过类似的经历。 3.I’m writing to share my suggestions with you. 我写信是和你分享我的建议的。
中段 对需要改进的地方提出有针对性且具有说服性的建议,并给出建议的理由 1.I think it will be very helpful/useful if you can have a face-to-face talk with your mother about your worries. 我觉得如果你能够跟你妈妈面对面谈谈你的烦恼,这将会很有帮助的。 2.When it comes to this situation,I suggest you should calm down first.当发生这种情况时,我建议你先冷静下来。 3.As far as I'm concerned,it's wise for you to take measures as follows.To begin with….In addition..What's more... 在我看来,你应该理智地采取以下措施:首先……其次……还有……
尾段 对提出的建议进行总结,简单寄予希望 1.I hope you will find these suggestions helpful/useful. 我希望这些建议会对你有所帮助。 2.I would appreciate it if you could take my suggestions into consideration/account.如果你考虑我的建议的话,我将不胜感激。
注意 1.时态应以一般现在时为主; 2.由于是给别人提出建议,所以人称应该以第二人称为主; 3.语言要委婉、精练,同时要表达清楚自己的想法。
【案例分析】
(2023·新课标Ⅱ&Ⅲ卷)假定你是李华,外教Ryan准备将学生随机分为两人一组,让大家课后练习口语,你认为这样分组存在问题。请你给外教写一封邮件,内容包括:
