一、学生情况分析
我所带的两个班共有学生140人。其中女生86人,男生54人,大部分来自市区,也有极少数来自市区附近的郊区。从男女人数上来看,男女比例失衡。我班学生总的说来,班上同学成绩较为平衡,只有几个不合格现象。大部分同学学习习惯良好,学习积极性也比较高,思维活跃,有较好的学习习惯,有较有成效的学习方法,能较好地完成学习任务。但自进入初三以后,有些问题也日益凸显出来。比如有部分学生进入了青春期后不太爱举手发言,还有个别学生的上进心不强,没有学习的主动性,学生把学习作为一种负担,有一种想要放弃但父母与老师盯着又不敢放手的状态。只要老师与父母一松,他们就不想学。
二、学习情况分析?
1.总体来说成绩比较均衡。相较于其他兄弟班级,我们班总体情况比较稳定,没有出现很严重的两极分化现象,态度端正的同学要比不端正的同学学得更扎实。所以以后的主要工作之一就是促优,争取培养几个学优生,发挥他们的带头作用,加强班上的学习氛围。
2.自初三开学后,学生思想活动变化较大,很多学生在课上不愿积极举手回答问题,致使课堂氛围有点沉闷。
3.作业存在抄袭或以次充好现象。对于课上所学知识,晚上就会布置相应的作业来加强巩固。但部分学生把作业看成一种负担,认为自己都已掌握所学知识,出现眼高手低现象,致使考试成绩不理想。还有一部分学生由于家庭的原因,有单亲家庭的,有父母在外打工而无法管的,不能辅导他们的作业,也有管不住的;也有一部分家长不重视,从不过问孩子的学习情况,任由其发展。这些都是作业质量不高的一些原因。
三、对策及办法
1、做好学生的思想工作,明确学习的重要性及时间的紧迫性,让学生自我掌控时间,做时间的主人,提高自我学习效率。同时要改进学习方法,要重视基础性知识的理解和应用,及时巩固和多次重复训练重点知识,达到孰能生巧、举一反三的效果。
2、多关注优等生,让他们一定要保持稳定。多关注中等生,在一定程度上能够让他们与优等生逐一雌雄。多鼓励学困生!努力防止两极分化!
3、一如既往抓学风。要做到勤说(每天每时常提醒)、勤问(每天能够与个别学生进行交流)、勤查(每天检查作业的完成情况),加大管理力度,让学生能在安静的环境中学习。
4.做好家校合作工作,及时与家长沟通,争取家长的全力支持与配合,共同解决学生在学习及生活中的各个问题,稳定学生情绪,摒除青春期的冲动与浮躁,让学生静下心来认真学习。

本单元谈论生活中从过去到现在的变化,语法要点是学习used to结构。本单元的话题带领学生回顾自己生活中的改变和成长,在对过去产生活的谈论中体会和动用used to do 的结构。
在这节听说课中,我运用了“课前复习—情境导入—听力训练—再次听力训练—听力提升训练—评价”,的教学模式:我先创设情景,利用童年的一首歌导入,莫测合理地利用教材,巧妙设计一些练习活动,并结合多媒体,给学生提供有效的、贴近现实生活的运用语言的机会,引导学生归纳各种不同的表达方式;激发学生大脑中的图式及背景知识,使学生积极参与语言实践活动,听后,我采用了一系列的练习方式,在提高听说的技能同时,激发学生的学习兴趣。 最后再通过总结和练习,对本课所学知识要点进行巩固。
通过本节课的学习,学生能够熟练掌握本课的词汇、词组,并能运用所学句型进行交流,听说能力有了很大的提高 ,学生能积极主动的参与每个活动,并在活动中顺利完成一个个教学目标,学生的能力得到提高。

上完这堂课,在听过各位老师的评课后,我又重新回顾一下整个教学过程,做出如下反思:
学生看目标的时间太短, 而且听歌有可能干扰了部分学生看目标,可看先让学生读完目标,再听歌,然后引出童年的话题。
第二个听力任务的信息量比较大,也比较困难,可以多听一遍,让更多的学生能完成听力填词。
最后的习题巩固可以再多加点,更好的巩固本单元所学知识。
英语听说教学当中最重要的是培养和激发学生的学习兴趣,教会学生学习方法,使其形成良好的学习策略,培养和发展学生的综合语言运用能力。英语教师只有不断更新教学观念,提高自身素质,适应新的教学要求,探索新的教学方法,才能更好地开展英语听力教学,培养出更多更好的英语人才。

人教版新目标九年级的第四单元的教学话题是谈论生活中从过去到现在的变化,语法要点是学习used to结构。本单元的话题带领学生回顾自己生活中的改变和成长,在对过去产生活的谈论中体会和动用used to do 的结构。本单元的话题贴近学生的实际生活,语法结构也不复杂,有利于学生展开相关讨论,轻松地掌握本单元的知识。 本课时是这一单元Section B 的第一课时,课型为听说课,是在Section A 的话题基础上进行延伸和拓展,由描述人物性格、外貌变化转向讨论人物行为习惯、爱好的改变。在语言上,除了进一步巩固Section A 所学重点语言内容外,还复习巩固了有关行为习惯及爱好的短语。通过听一篇男孩和女孩谈谈论过去和现在的变化,培养学生的听力技能。

《义务教育英语课程标准》(2011年版)采用国际通用的分级方式,将英语课程目标按照能力水平设为九个级别。课程目标的级别不完全等同于基础教育阶段的各个年级。但是,分级目标对各学段的教学和评价以及教材编写提供了循序渐进、稳步上升的指导性要求,有利于课程的整体实施。根据分级目标,初中阶段应完成3、4、5级目标。初中九年级学生英语应该达到《标准》的五级水平,其中对应的听说的要求是:

1 、能根据语调和重音理解说话者的意图;
2 、能听懂有关熟悉话题的谈话,并能从中提取信息和观点;
