今天在曲阜市实验中学录课室我执教了这一节课，通过这节课我深刻认识到以下三点：
一、学情分析的重要性
我一直深知备课的前提是确定
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )目标，可是我却忽略了确定教学目标的前提除了要进行教材分析外，还要进行学情分析。我自以为精心地备完课，自以为准备充分地邀请老师们来听课，可是在上课过程中我却从理想的美好中坠入了深渊——课上不下去，最终只能以走过场而收场。当时的感觉真的是糟透了。走进办公室霍老师和刘老师跟我说，这一堂课对于学生来说太难了，建议我把回答问题改成判断或选择；建议我一定还要再降低难度；建议我用视频导入。陈老师建议我一定遵循阅读课的模式来上这节课。上完这节课，我真的感觉欲哭无泪。刚接这两个班，完全找不到头绪，各方面的压力让我感到无比的疲惫，课要怎么备？于是，我静下心来像剥洋葱一样地设计这节阅读课，尽力去理清文章的层次和脉络，终于整理出了新的课件。为了确保设计真的适合学生的学情，我请辛文和董哲帮我审了课件。下面就是一备和二备的对比。蓝色部分为保留部分，红色部分为改动部分。

因为备课很充分，这一节课进行的很顺畅，
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )。但是就像青青和刘老师说的一样，感觉老师和学生之间缺少交流。我自己的感觉是自己没有投入到课堂中去，导致整堂课就像为了教学设计而进行的。是因为刚接班和学生缺乏沟通吗？可是讲优质课时，我根本不认识学生啊。很多时候，我总感觉调动不起学生，也调动不起自己。我也总感觉我在影响学生，学生的反应也在影响我自己。我不知道自己该如何打破这个瓶颈。
三、个人努力方向
每一次备课都非常的艰难，每一
( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )次备课都能有很大的收获。我痛苦，我成长。我成长，我快乐。济宁教研员来指导备课时，张老师谈到了关于教学目标的问题。仔细想一想，在日常教学中，我真的研究教材太少，研究课标太少。我一直都把课程标准与教材割裂了，从来没有仔细研究它们的对应关系。也没有考虑到在备课时将单元教学目标分散到课时目标中去。听张老师评课真的收益颇丰，也让我认识到自己的不足，而且我有一种意犹未尽的感觉。
通过此次备课我确定了自己近期的努力方向：
学习优质课等优秀视频，重点学习教师的课堂机智以及师生交流方式。
早备课、细备课。在单元备课时，认真研读课标五级要求，确定单元目标；在课时备课时，认真分散单元目标，帮助学生循序渐进的达到目标。评测练习
