Reflection:
This lesson centered on describing scenic spots. Most students grasped new vocabulary (thousand, kilometre) and key sentences (e.g., "It's more than..."). Yet, "something" wasn't practiced enough for some.
The chant and video in lead-in boosted interest. However, time management was poor—too much time on presentation left little for practice. Also, group activities saw unequal participation (shy students rarely spoke).
To improve, I'll adjust time allocation, create layered tasks, and add cultural resources to ensure all students engage better.
