学情分析
学生在小学阶段接触过简单的现在进行时句型看图说话,但没有深入指导语法。现在在一般现在时的基础上掌握现在进行时态,进一步深入学习语法,使学生更加系统地掌握这个时态。该单元的教学内容与学生日常生活密切相关,易于让学生开展合作学习,激发兴趣。我们教学的对象是初一学生，他们学习英语既感到好奇又担忧，希望能得到他人的肯定。因此在教学活动中尽量让他们参与到活动中来，有更多的机会来说英语，减少他们的恐惧感，通过学生间的合作学习，降低学习难度，使他们体验到成功的喜悦,学生都有所收获。
效果分析
本节课通过多媒体的辅助教学，让学生更直观的掌握了本节课的重点和难点。通过自主学习环节和合作交流环节更好的调动了学生学习的主动性。通本听说练，学生基本掌握了现在进行时态的结构和用法。最后通过两个练习检测学生的掌握情况，起到了强化巩固的效果。这比教师单调的教授效果要好的多。通过这种教学模式更能达到高效课堂的效果。
课后反思
本节课是这个单元的第一课时，它主要引导学生学习描述正在发生的事情。通过pairwork和groupwork活动的训练，学生输出语言的速度与强度有了明显的提高，尽管学生的言语表达还不是十分完美，但是学生参与本节课的热情非常高,参与度也明显提高。这样又能加深学生对所学知识点的巩固与提高。让学生非常自然的领会本课的知识点。任务的设计实用，学生的参与非常热烈。充分调动学生积极性。使他们感到学习语言的快乐,享受完成任务的成功的喜悦.但是由于时间关系，在展示环节处理时有些匆忙，学生的展示度不够。通过听、说，小组合作，充分利用教学图片、幻灯片多媒体课件来展开课堂教学，让学生更直观逼真地学习，利用Pair work、groupwork等问答形式练习对话及听力练习，学生对话的参与面还不是很广，有的小组没有或者参与课堂活动太少。还有待于提高,我的表情过于严肃，显得不自然。

第一教学环节：1. 看到一个学生在说话或者在收拾书，就问

三、第三教学环节：创设情景，指导学生学习新的词汇、词组。
