学情分析
学生在小学阶段接触过简单的现在进行时句型看图说话,但没有深入指导语法。现在在一般现在时的基础上掌握现在进行时态,进一步深入学习语法,使学生更加系统地掌握这个时态。该单元的教学内容与学生日常生活密切相关,易于让学生开展合作学习,激发兴趣。我们教学的对象是初一学生,他们学习英语既感到好奇又担忧,希望能得到他人的肯定。因此在教学活动中尽量让他们参与到活动中来,有更多的机会来说英语,减少他们的恐惧感,通过学生间的合作学习,降低学习难度,使他们体验到成功的喜悦,学生都有所收获。
效果分析
本节课通过多媒体的辅助教学,让学生更直观的掌握了本节课的重点和难点。通过自主学习环节和合作交流环节更好的调动了学生学习的主动性。通本听说练,学生基本掌握了现在进行时态的结构和用法。最后通过两个练习检测学生的掌握情况,起到了强化巩固的效果。这比教师单调的教授效果要好的多。通过这种教学模式更能达到高效课堂的效果。
课后反思
本节课是这个单元的第一课时,它主要引导学生学习描述正在发生的事情。通过pairwork和groupwork活动的训练,学生输出语言的速度与强度有了明显的提高,尽管学生的言语表达还不是十分完美,但是学生参与本节课的热情非常高,参与度也明显提高。这样又能加深学生对所学知识点的巩固与提高。让学生非常自然的领会本课的知识点。任务的设计实用,学生的参与非常热烈。充分调动学生积极性。使他们感到学习语言的快乐,享受完成任务的成功的喜悦.但是由于时间关系,在展示环节处理时有些匆忙,学生的展示度不够。通过听、说,小组合作,充分利用教学图片、幻灯片多媒体课件来展开课堂教学,让学生更直观逼真地学习,利用Pair work、groupwork等问答形式练习对话及听力练习,学生对话的参与面还不是很广,有的小组没有或者参与课堂活动太少。还有待于提高,我的表情过于严肃,显得不自然。

在教学结构上采用“导入---呈现---讲练---活动” 的教学思路,努力使学生在自主学习中有所感悟和思考,在积极探究中获得思想启迪;培养培养学生学习英语的兴趣,善于发现生活中正在发生的事情,积极思考,乐于助人,乐于参加各种活动,培养学生团结合作的精神。

过程与方法
采用presentation, match?and?pair work,whole class activities, Practicing和Group work的学习策略,利用教学图片、幻灯片或制作多媒体课件来展开课堂Pair work问答式的口语交际活动及听力练习,使学生运用现在进行时描述自己及他人说话时正在发生或进行的动作。
情感态度价值观
让学生感受到他们学习英语是为了在现实生活中进行交流,通过对本单元的学习活动,能培养培养学生学习英语的强烈兴趣,善于发现生活中正在发生的事情,积极思考,乐于助人,乐于参加各种活动的积极情感,培养学生团结合作的精神。
教学重、难点及教学突破 重点
1. 谈论正在发生的动作。
2. 能掌握现在进行时态及一些表示具体动作的词组搭配,如:doing homework, using the computer, watching TV, eating dinner… 等。
难点
现在进行时中现在分词的结构及读音,能在交际中准确地运用现在进行时来描述或表达正在进行的动作。

课前准备
1.教师准备:下载与本课时内容相关的视频动画;准备好所需的人物动作图片;?制作能显示本课时重点内容的图片及多媒体课件。
2.学生准备:课前预习本课时所学词汇、句型,并进行适当的总结、归类。

教学过程
第一教学环节:1. 看到一个学生在说话或者在收拾书,就问
T: What are you doing now? (让其中一个学生回答)
S1: I’m talking /putting away my books.(帮助学生回答)
二、第二教学环节:出示幻灯片图片,问答引出本课学习目标。
三、第三教学环节:创设情景,指导学生学习新的词汇、词组。
T: Now please look at this picture. What’s he doing?
Ss: He’s talking on the phone. (视情况帮助学生回答,并带领学生进行重复说出)
(以此方法逐一学习其余的新词和词组: reading a book, reading a newspaper, cleaning, listening to a CD, washing the dishes, using the computer, exercising, running, swimming, making soup, eating out, going to the movies)
四、第五教学环节:指导学生完成1a相关的内容。
T: Now please look at 1a and match the activities with the pictures.
Ss do and then check the answers.
T: Now look at these nine phrases in 1a carefully and think over:
设计意图:通过此环节,让学生进一步熟悉现在进行时及现在分词的构成。
五、第五教学环节:指导学生完成1b的相关要求。

六、第六教学环节:指导学生听音辨动作,进行问答练习;连接练习。
