I'm back at school. After a long summer break, it was so nice to see my classmates again!
On Monday, I got up early, I met all my classmates at school. We talked, laughed, and shared stories about the fun things we did over the summer. Li Lin told us about her trip to Dalian. She bought many postcards for us. Wang Mei went to volunteer in a mountain village. Song Hua learned to play the guitar and went to a concert. It was amazing to hear all about their summer vacations.
During the gym class on Wednesday, we played football. My friend Jack and I were on the same team, and it felt great working together again. The game was super exciting. It was a tie game until the other team scored in the last minute. I felt a little sad about losing, but playing our best was still lots of fun!
Friday was special because we had our first physics class. Physics is a new subject for us, and our teacher showed us some cool experiments. I felt excited to learn more about the wonders of science.
Well, it's time for bed now. I'm looking forward to another fantastic week!

(2) until conj.& prep. 到……时;直到……为止
做连词用法:① 用在肯定句中,此时主句的谓语是延续性动词,表示主句的动作一直持续到从句动作发生才结束。
e.g. I’ll stay here until you come back. 我会待在这里,直到你回来。
② 用在否定句中,此时主句的谓语多为非延续性动词,not...until...意为“直到……才……”,表示主句的动作在从句动作发生之后才开始。
e.g. You will never truly understand your parents’ great love until you grow up. 直到长大后你才会真正明白父母的爱
③ 做介词:其后接表示时间的词或短语。
e.g. Don't put off what you can do today until tomorrow. 今日事今日毕。
(3) ① score v. 得分
e.g. He scored three goals during the whole match.
在整场比赛中他三次进球得分。
② score n. 得分,比分
英语中常用于询问比分的句型:What's the score
答语:It’s+基数词+to+基数词.
e.g. How can you get such a high score
你怎么能得到如此高的分数
(4) 长难句分析:这是一个主从复合句。主句为It was a tie game, until 作连词,引导时间状语从句the other team scored in the last minute。从句中主语为the other team, 谓语为scored, in the last minute 为时间状语。
