1. What do you think of your school
2. What do you think of your schoolmates
3. What do you think of your classmates
Our schoolmates come from different backgrounds. It’s like a picture with many different faces — each face tells a unique story. These differences make our school fun and exciting.
Think about our classmates. Some love reading. Some love singing. Others prefer sports or art. Despite these differences, we help each other; we share a common journey of learning and growing. Take Li Junyi as an example. He is our walking library. When we have doubts or questions, he can always find ways to help us. We all want to do well in school. We work together to become better learners.
The best part is that we can learn so much from each other. When we communicate with our classmates, we get to hear different ideas. This helps us understand the world better and makes our school life more rich and colourful. Let’s celebrate and enjoy each other’s differences.

Group work
Listen – Pay attention to others' opinions without interrupting or judging.
Be open-minded – Accept that people have different beliefs, cultures, and lifestyles.
Educate yourself – Learn about different cultures, traditions, and viewpoints.
Avoid stereotyping – Treat people as individuals rather than making assumptions based on their background.
Communicate respectfully – Use inclusive language and avoid offensive remarks.
I can talk about my new school life and my future: We have a new subject this term—physics. Maybe I’ll be an airplane pilot. I do know that every job requires hard work.
I can describe friendship: Good friends don’t have to say sorry. They just know it.
I can write about my first week of school: During the gym class on Wednesday, we played football. Friday was special because we had our first physics class.
I can use basic sentence structures for my expression: I won’t lend you my homework. Their classmates call them two peas in a pod.
Improvement needed:
Self-check
Dreams
Dreams in our hearts, a future so bright,
As teens, we envision paths of delight.
With hopes and ambitions, we strive to find,
The road map that leads to our dreams aligned.
Exploring the vast world with eyes wide open,
Seeking knowledge, soaking up lessons unspoken.
We dream of success, reaching for the stars,
Unleashing our talents, discovering who we are.
Each step forward brings us closer, it seems,
To painting our lives with fulfilling schemes.
Through trials and challenges, we'll persevere,
Building the foundation for a future sincere.
